Worst customer dealing and cancellation of booking on the spot without any reason
by abhishekdargarh on
I visited this hotel with an advance booking. When i reached here in morning they said yes we have your booking but we don't have any empty rooms. Then i asked why didn't you tell at time of booking and why did you book when it was full so receptionist got rude and and said he gave room to someone else. So if you're booking room in this hotel be aware that it's not confirmed you'll get the room because if someone pays even 10 rs extra than you they'll give your room to them and they'll say now they don't have room for you. And in morning i was there with my family clueless what to do then when i asked for helping me to look for another hotel , he did a fake call to some nearby hotel and when we went there they said they haven't got any call from Marudhar Heritage and when i called him.back to cross check he again lied and said he called wrong person by mistake although when he called infront of me he talked about room and everything so clearly that means he faked the call. So i just want you all to be aware of the fraud that receptionist of this Marudhar Heritage does. Be aware and don't book room at this hotel.

hotel is decent with basic amenities available. located just opposite to the station so thats a bonus for those travelling by the train. plenty of areas to roam near by and lots of variety available as well.

This is a perfect hotel for trip to bikaner for 1-2 days. It is cheap, clean, homely and very near to railway station and market. Host is a very nice man. Don't go on the looks of the hotel. As soon you enter it, its completely different. Food was great, homely, pure and reasonable. Big clean rooms as well. Must try for bag packers.
Best budget hotel

Best for a budget traveler. Walkable distance from railway station. Perfect room service. They have prepared food the way we have requested... like more spicy/less spicy/ more chilli/less chilli/mix this mix that etc... etc... everything well followed. North Indian, South Indian meals roti etc... all available as room service. No separate restaurant. Nowhere else around the railway station we found any south Indian full meals except here. Owner of the property speaks perfect English. Received well. Guided us for the site seeing. Explained pros and cons of every place. Arranged taxi in budget. In total home like environment. Felt very happy. Hot water was supplied only during specific times. But upto the mark. Bikaner environment was also normal in December no humidity no fog during night times. Expected too much cold as it is a dessert. But quite normal and far more better than Delhi in December.
budget hotel close to railway station

4-5min walkable distance from railway station. In this area autos are available easily. Accommodation with very basic amenities, dont have restaurant, they serve food in room. Honest and trustworthy people. Hotel has 24 hours check-in check-out system. It means whatever time you check-in you will check-out after 24hours. Also arrange cab for sightseeing at reasonable cost. Look like typical haveli with small garden. Good hotel for just night stay, very reasonable cost, plus point is food. As a traveler if u like to experience home stay with traditional local homemade food then this is perfect place. hotel don't have Wi-Fi facility but do provide internet use on their computer on request. Also arrange vehicle for sightseeing at reasonable cost.

All rooms are good. But 1st floor rooms are better option as they are new.

Take rooms opening in to the centre atrium for ambient light and cross ventillation.

Rooms on 1st floor are better.

I did not stay in an air con room and found it fine once I was used to the temperature (it was over 40C some days and I survived)
