What's Good: Nothing
What needs to improve : Urine stink in the room.
Reason For Rating : Small hotel in a busy shopping area with parking to be a great challenge. Rundown and torn furniture inside the room. Urine and toilet stink in the room. Maintenance staff spent several hours repairing curtains so we had to stay away. Overall Very unpleasant stay.

Fantastic and ideal hotel to stay in the center of this beautiful city. The hotel is small, thats why its called a boutique hotel but its better than most big ones here. Neat and clean rooms, super nice staff and service, no hassle check in and out, decent breakfast, remote controlled curtains, food air conditioning and utmost clean linen and bathrooms. Another beautiful feature here is the sunroof in the bathrooms which makes them naturally bright. Modern touch to a small place. The in house restaurant called Hibachi smells so good every time we pass by that we feel like stopping over for an Asian meal there. They also have a tea stall at the entrance called ketliwala. Its Uber Cool and chic. Overall a Sure shot VFM stay. We have stayed here every single time from our last 4 visits to Chandigarh and I barely doubt if it will change soon. Ideal location too as sector 8 is upscale and posh with the creme de la creme crowd around. A lot of offices, shops and stalls are around so one feels comfortable here. A must stay for a good experience in this city.

Spacious and comfortable room with adequate storage space and clean bathroom with appropriate facilities and toiletries. Excellent food for lunch and dinner at Hibachi - the only in-house restaurant. Location is super for tourists and business travellers. Ample paid parking in front of hotel. Staff is very cooperative and attentive and caters to the small needs of guests.

Every experience in this hotel's stay makes you feel you're in a 5-star property. The room 101 was BIG, had one full length (nut half heighted) glassed wall, double remote curtains controlled from your bedside, from where you can also operate multiple ceiling and other lights in the room! The very comfortable king-sized spring bed was generously endowed with 4 big pillows, 2 small pillows and one body pillow too. The room had 2 lavish chairs and a center table for those unplanned room service dinners. You also have a cozy study table and a comfortable chair to complete those last minute unfinished work - or have some good study time instead. Or for your in-room entertainment there's a Tata Sky fed 40inch Samsung TV, fridge, good selection of foil packed tea and coffee, a huge in-lit wardrobe, hangers, a numeric locker and a pair of room slippers. The bathroom was well lit and spacious, with a covered bath area and a jacuzzi tub too!! Apart from the basin mirror, one also has a shaving mirror and a hair blower, plus more than usual mix of toiletries - toothbrush, shaving kit, and shower caps. To make sure you don't litter the room, there were at least 3 dustbins. Buddha adorned the empty side wall, to give a you a peaceful sleep! The room service was just too good! Food was unusually tasty... so much so, that we chose to have room service twice. Add to that the front desk offering to pack our breakfast on checkout day, just because we were leaving at 5am! The Japanese Hibachi restaurant offered Indian and Continental food during breakfast buffet. But aldo offers a very good careful selection of Oriental / Asian cuisine in its menu. Being located in a commercial area, the hotel perhaps caters more to the business traveller in general. Therefore, everything outside your room will seem tastefully minimal - limited rooms, limited people, small lounge cum front desk (on 1st floor), etc. But not for one moment we felt there was any dearth of service meant for casual family traveller. Overall, an experience worth repeating again and again, esp. for short time out stays.

I stayed here in mid-October 2018 for 3 days. Location: Great. A very short ride from Sectors 17 and 22 (the "happening" sectors"). The area is good, safe, and quite central. In light to moderate traffic, getting to the airport will take 25-40mins. Check in/Checkout: Good. This particular time, the check in staff had misread some paperwork and accused me of attempting to check in under a canceled reservation. After furnishing proof of pre-payment and their sorting their records, all continued smoothly. Have your passport and booking documents handy if you booked through a 3rd party to move things along. Checkout was quick and easy. Membership: Yes, but there were no rooms available to accommodate an upgrade - it happens with smaller hotels, especially during marriage/holiday season. Service/Staff: Excellent. The ever charming and helpful GM Gagandeep saw to it that my stay was comfortable. He personally checked in once or twice to make sure all was going smoothly. The hotel has also allowed me to store some belongings there until I return for my upcoming reservation. Very trustworthy and helpful staff here. Dining: Good. I've enjoyed a good breakfast or two here. Fairly priced and served promptly. Facilities: Good. Still, there is some outstanding cosmetic work to be completed, but nothing that would detract from an enjoyable stay. Overall: This is my 3rd stay, and I have already booked for a 4th. As long as I'll require a hotel in Chandigarh, I'll certainly be staying here. I recommend this property.

The only one decent plus is that the location is good.service and breakfast needs a lot of attention. Quality of room was very poor.lights, doors, fridge, all broken or not functioning.even after polite request to bring it in order, nothing was in order.room on the second floor was unbearable as 5.50am onwards was a terrible thumping nonstop noise which was caused by a fitness centre above the rooms.not a hotel to be recommended.definitely my first and last stay in that hotel.
