Sat, 25 Jan – Sun, 26 Jan (1 Night) | 1 Room | 1 Guest
by Kohin R on May 1, 2016
Stayed here for two nights. My wife got bit by bed bugs on the first night so we asked for a change of mattresses. Refused to change mattress or the bedsheets. I complained to the manager Mr Jahangir, and asked for a checkout and contact details of the General Manager. Was refused the contact details of the manager even and was rudely told to leave after my checkout. Don't say here unless you want to be ridiculed and diseased.

Location:- This is a guest house type of accomodation in the heart of city- Royapetta in CHENNAI. It is most suitable only when you have work in city and do not want to travel to a far off hotel. It is close to Marina Beach which you can take advantage for a walk in the morning or eveninig. The place looks like a well guarded Bungalow. It is a building with ground floor pluss 3 floors;but without a lift.So when i stayed here i could use the ground floor room;a deluxe room having 2 beds, but i stayed single. The wash room is adequate and fairly furnished.AC in the room becomes a necessity in Chennai. The TV gives Hindi & English channels which is otherwise crowded by Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam versions. Food:- Cooked in the first floor mostly by Odisi or north easterns. But soth indian stuff like Idli is available. North indian stuff is also cooked but of average quality. Cost of the place is low and booking can be done on mobile phone of the manager who sleeps at night in the verandaha and also some of the staff.
