Reason For Rating : The hotel refused to give me a bill for the stay & informed that it will be issued by Yatra. Please arrange to immediately issue me the bills for the stay as am unable to claim the same & will not be able to use Yatra if this is going to be an issue.

What's Good: Worst experience. To begin with, AC controller was broken, but after some adjustments, we got hold of it. Then I saw a coffee maker. Excited, I start to boil water, but to my surprise it is rusted. Yeah folks, RUSTED!! Out of disappointment, I step into shower. Just when I thought everything's gonna be normal, the color of the water turns BLACK. YES, PITCH BLACK!!!! Do I need to say more...?

What's Good: I would not recommend this hotel because of totally nonprofessional attitude of staff. Every day we have to call for warm water in morning in bathroom then they switch on geyser. In our 4 day stay wifi not available but most important they used to provide password everyday with same sentence that connection problem in ur room is sorted out. And this is not last on last day of our they repeatedly called to checkout 8 hours prior to scheduled checkout. No mineral water and no second charging point. So stay at your risk.

What's Good: Hotel needs to upgrade as per present demands and expectations. Rooms do not have small refrigerator / drinking water ( Cold) / TV Channels selections very limited to southern channels only. The breakfast served is almost same spread for full week with very poor present-ability. Hotels with similar charges have all the above facilities in Chennai/ Bangalore / hydra bad .

We had booked there for two nights. Checkin is simple and good. The rooms are good with Lcd Screen , tea/coffee maker,Ac, and comfortable mattress. The room decor is good . Their service is awesome. But the food quality is not upto mark and expensive like 5 Stat hotel. Drinks are good. Their morning breakfast dnt have spreads. The rooftop dining is awesome. They have US 101 which is really good. love the stay

I had booked it for two nights. I checked in late so the guy who was took my check in was kinda rude. He had my booking and he was holding my voucher in hand but still he wanted to see that I had the booking in my mobile or not strange . The guy who went to drop my luggage was courteous and helped me a lot . Room service worst they close it before 10:45 and have one tag sorry sir kitchen is closed ,everybody went home . First time saw kitchen getting close before time and staff also went. Room was good. Staff during buffet breakfast very courteous. Rest everything is good including the bar .

Got a great deal from MakeMyTrip for this hotel. The staff were friendly . There wasn't anything bad about the room . Pretty standard. Bad part was there wasn't a restaurant here , only a pub US101. It can be really load though my room was far from that.

I had booked GLM Meridian for a 1 night stay in Chennai for Saturday as I had to attend a wedding in Chennai along with my wife. The room was comfortable, and the bed linen was clean. The towels were new, fluffy and very white. Had a problem with the AC initially, but once we complained the maintenance people took care of it. Paid 1500 +GST for the room, which I think was a good deal. The room service food was tasty. Did not have breakfast thrown in, but as the nearest Saravana Bhavan is only 500 mts away, that was not a problem at all.

Very sophisticated hotel. Really cozy and comfortable rooms, beautiful design, the services are awesome and really kind. would recommend a second time. The location is perfect, probably one of the best places to be in chennai.
