What needs to improve : The service was really bad. I had to ask for a towel & had to wait for 2 hours to get it. Bathroom did not have required amenities (Shower Gel) / water was constantly leaking from the Gunner. The bed spread had strains on it & the pillow cover had oil strains on it. This was an horrible & unpleasant stay. Not a recommendable place to stay at all.

What's Good: just try some other hotels. for 2.7k those people giving nest like room, unable to take in your luggages too.Restuarant bills are coming like 5star hotel. For EXAMPLE : even 1 litre Bisleri water bottle is Rs.60/=. just next to hotel same bisleri selling at Rs.20/=. only positive is just walkable from EGMORE Junction.

What's Good: Very bad service, bathroom and toilet are stink and uncleaned, door lock and bathroom fittings are not working properly, in early morning they are not providing any hot water. If possible i would give them a negative marking.

What's Good: The most pathetic hotel i have ever stayed in. there was no room service menu in the room. List of extension number was missing in the room. when i went to reception to ask for extension numbers the staff was least bother to reply me. There was no information when the room service is closed. I have to sleep without food on first night. Whole ceiling of the room was full of water mark and fungus, wash basin was broken, wash room door and floor was chipped. False ceiling was broken every where, bed side lamp bulb was missing. AC was very dirty. No hot water what so ever. They didn't even place towel in my room. i have to ask for it. Very bad experience...

What's Good: We could not find the hotel and we were roaming around because nobody knew where the hotel was and so we called the hotel and no one was answering the phone for more than 15 mins and when I finally reached the hotel I realised why the receptionist never answers the phone because they were on personal calls on their mobile. I booked online for 2 adults and one child and paid extra for the child but they said they could not allow the child to stay. I asked them why they allowed us to book and pay extra for the child then and then they allocated a different room. I checked in at 4 o clock in the evening the previous day but we were asked to leave by 12 noon the next day because we booked the room online which was very inconvenient for us as our train was at 3:30 pm. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel in my entire life. The staff were unprofessional and they told us that we would get a better price for the room and will be allowed to stay longer but only if we came to them directly and they advised us not to book online.

What's Good: Hotel is new but rooms are small. Very poor services, okay type food. They don't even provide you basic thing like water for free. Only 1L bottle is complimentary for a day & charge Rs 35 + tax for packaged water. The room service facility is so bad bad that they take atleast 15-20 mins to deliver water. Also the staff is not trained. Cleanliness in term of rooms & toilet are fine.
