What's Good: Complimentary breakfast not ready on time( 7 AM). Hot water was not available in room even after wasting water.Room boy gave hot water from other room.Laundry not available on the same day.Cleaning of the room was good.Regional channels on TV were locked.

Since i dont find a negative star rating im giving 1 star. The staff at the reception was so rude and he didn't respect the guests and treated like as if we are staying free of cost. I had to cancel the booking and look for another hotel. worst hotel ive ever visited

My experience at this hotel is very bad. Right from check-in and stay. The person who was assisting at reception was not trained well. Room-lobby every thing stinks badly. You get a feeling like you are in some hospital. Un bearable cigarette smell inside the room. more than 1000 for a single room stay is too high

We were pointed in the direction of this hotel for lunch by our nearby hotel that did not have a restaurant . Walked in we were the only diners and it felt eerie . The staff were openly joking about us and snickering at us looking at the menu as if we would not understand it . We promptly got up and left followed out by one of the staff who was oblivious to their own behaviour . Glad we left as found a super place further down the road which was packed with locals and we were treated like royalty ( well at least as human beings ) because they do not get tourists in there and the food was great .Yaa Mohideen Byriyani I would not recommend this dump to anyone at least the restaurant .

It's nice I came with my kids and the hotel was nice..there are lot of negative reviews but I feel the hotel is nice and the staff there are really helpful. The food is also nice and it fits in my budget as well

We were 5 families travelling and we need to refresh ourselves before the flight at 12 noon We stayed here only a couple of hours. The advantage is that the hotel is close to PALLAVARAM station [5 minutes walk]. The rooms are small and bathrooms cramped. The AC was not working properly. The complimentary breakfast was OK but the service was very poor at the restaurant. The breakfast is a set menu and you can order other items at extra cost. Kindly choose the hotel just to refresh and do not expect any luxury treatment here. Feel it is a better option compared to the surrounding hotel in the AIRPORT proximity area.
