    Reason For Rating : Breakfast was excellent and tasty too. Looks and photos shown are good but in reality its less comparatively good. Towels are very old, looks washed many times. Overall experience was average. Need to take some more comcern in hospitality.

    Reason For Rating : The manager was not at all friendly and talked rudely. Was not at all cooperative. Very dissatisfied with the hospitality by him.

    What needs to improve : No hot water early in the morning. Cleanliness of bathroom was poor. Checkin was not smooth. Linen and toileteries not provided until we asked for them.

    What needs to improve : The uneducated, untrained staff, their behaviour, their service. The stinking bathroom.

    Reason For Rating : There was no one from the house keeping who could carry our luggage to the room, which is the first service at every hotel. The bathroom was stinking. Since I had to catch early morning train at 0730, we had requested the receptionist for breakfast by 7 and she told us we'll be getting bread butter or eggs and tea coffee since the breakfast timing is from 0730. But when we went to their restaurant in the morning, the staff refused to give anything. They refused for tea and coffee as well. The staff are completely untrained. We went for a wedding and they stared us as if they've never seen girls. One even came with me on the lift though he did not press any floor option and kept staring! Highly unsatisfied with the service.

    What needs to improve : Sick staff , it looks like an old wine in a new bottle. The hotel requires a total revamp.

    Reason For Rating : The attitude of the staff from front office to house keeping was pathetic and rude behaviour. They have the worst people and sure that they will ensure the facility will close in a short span.
