What's Good: When i arrived the Hotel on 28th Night, the receptionist behaviour was very bad, i request you to please check the hotels before updating in your website. The cleanliness if the hotel was not up to the mark. I was really upset by staying in this Hotel.

Comfortable and nice ambience. Rooms were well kept. I had breakfast and dinner at hotel itself, so the servings were also good. Boh North Indian and South Indian food served. Dining Hall needs a bit more upkeep.

It is easily the most ill-kept, unclean and inconvenient hotel I've stayed in. The hotel is situated behind an open sewer canal called Cooum. It is isolated by the Koyabedu flyover, so there is nothing nearby and crossing the road will take you 20 minutes. The hotel smells bad and my room - which was s deluxe room by the way - wreaked of mold and mothballs. The hotel is in serious disrepair: the lights in the room flicker, there is no thermostat for the AC. It has a bar and I asked for some ice for my glass of water. The ice had been made with soapy water and the glass started foaming. I vacated and found a different hotel though I had booked for 2 days. Also, the wifi did not work.

Stayed here for 2 nights compulsorily because the stay was booked by my company being proximity to office. Its similar to that of a road-side dhaba when it comes services. The surrounding is very dirty with a gutter flowing behind the hotel and garbage disposed by the adjacent plot. Rooms, bathrooms and corridors are dirty, filled with cockroaches, washroom is very dirty.The rooms have dampness problem also. There is no menu card in room,no light in washroom, no hangers in wardrobe..you'll get these after shouting only. Limited 3-4 choices in buffet breakfast. They don't even have a laundry service or a single iron in the hotel.Wi-fi is also poor in the room. I was just waiting when should I exit from the hotel.Never ever stay in this hotel. A big no!

Stayed here for 02 days . The staff are helpful and courteous. The check in was smooth . The rooms are neat with average cleanliness. However the toilet needs overhauling, badly. The wifi was a big disappointment. Its good only in the lobby . The food was good. My package included dinner as well. The choice if you take this package is limited on;y to 01 or 02 items. You do not get the complete range from the menu. Overall an average stay

Stayed with family check in at 9pm and what reception guy did was a joke, he gave me a room key where already couple has stayed in it.. and no maintenance at all.. very worst service.. recommended only for single
