Out in the countryside
by Alec757 on
Cracking 1 nights stay here in the countryside away from the hustle & bustle of Chiang Mai. Very peaceful & tranquil. Room was excellent with comfortable beds & a spacious bathroom. Cooked breakfast to order in the morning. Nice gardens in which to relax,if you have the time!
Amazing Thai foods you can get in Maerim
by Pajaree O on
I have been to Mae Rim Lagoon so many times with the families. We do love the restaurant they serve truly Thai foods highly recommended to order Krai Krob with Manao sauce, Panang Kai also Pad Se-ew. The staff was very nice to us every time we visit the restaurant.

The staff are what make this place so awesome. They couldn't do enough for us and it was Thai hospitality at its very best. Food was great as well. Plenty to see and do around this area but you will need transport.
Lovely and charming

I liked it but need to refurbish many things. First, need to change new towel. Mae Rim is a good destination for visiting Chiang Mai because it closes to many interesting places. Hotel is a small one but has great service and staff is nice. Beautiful area and you can borrow a bicycle to ride around this area. There are a good taste restaurant and a cafe for all meal. Must try and you will love it. If you like to run in the morning, try to run through the village that closes to the hotel. For this hotel, you need to rent a car or motorcycle that is easy to reach many waterfall and beautiful valleys.
An excellent restaurant and cafe but average hotel
by Nuriye S on
It is a lovely little hotel with some amazing food choices but it is understaffed. Rooms are very clean and have very nice view. The location is also very good as it is close to many attractions in Mae Rim. If you are looking for a day or two get away place it is a good choice. But if you would like to be served the food and get another drink you need to look for the people to order as often there is only one person around which disappears quickly. Restaurant and cafe close at 8pm so good luck if you want to have a late bite or drink. I wonder why such a lovely place in a good location does not have the staff to serve the food or answer a few questions you might have.
ask for a room with pond view

The rooms had lovely balconies either facing the lagoon or the pool.

I guess 220, 221, 320, 321 for a moutain view/ 201 - 208 for the pool view/ 212, 213, 312, 313 for lagoon view, and other might be garden view. I'd suggest to stay on 2nd floor as all the views are not much different.

The second floor is easier to get up and down. We like the view of lagoon not the pool as it is looks a little run down. We looked at three rooms on the second floor and they all very much the same size/layout.
