  • One of the best places in Chennai City centre.

    This place is very conveniently located in the city centre. The staff are the best choosen for their job. Being a five star hotel, it is value for money. The treatment and warmth by the staff make you to go and stay again and again. the breakfast spread is really awesome. The services have not been bad anytime, every time the service is becoming better and better. The best place to be for Business and Leisure.

  • Worst Five star hotel experience

    I wanted to stay at Taj Coromondal however the rooms were not available. I had the last option of Radisson and I choose it as For my business visit at Chennai. I had a pathetic check in experience despite being a member and the check out the same with issues with invoice and card machine of the hotel not working. The room was decent however the housekeeping was bad. They never changed the bedsheets despite my request and once when I wanted to give my clothes for laundry the bags were missing and I did not give them. The housekeeping used to keep two apples and some cookies which was good. I was given room on 7th Floor and the view was ok. The breakfast spread is again Ok with very slow service. Highly recommend to skip this and stay in another hotel to have a better experience.

    Small room size. Stale food and flies in the restaurant. No place to sit in lobby. Loud noise from school fan in room. Long checkout process and checkout time. Location is terrible next to couvam river.

    Recently stayed here and found the hotel to be very clean with great facilities, gym, swimming pool, three restaurants The breakfasts and buffet dinners are excellent, with very attentive and friendly staff.

    sorry for the delay Mr.Bala, Bcz he is a GM for this hotel, for me GOD (Murugan) actually i was working at Sterling holidays they lay off immediate and send out from gust house i was in road and take the iphone and search hotel i got this, then i came to lobby and saw my god (Bala), Then everything was easy for me, moreover he joined 3 months back and you know the situation but he arrange everything for me, He has better future in his field, sorry i want thanks to all discipline Mr.Baskar, FB manager & Banquet manager and staffs, Specially to Baby Lavanya now you know Lavanya profile bcz Baby equal to God.. tks
