    Reason For Rating : Cleaniness of the rooms needs to be improved. Upholstery needs to be changed. Bathrooms need to be deep cleaned. Check in process was not good. The lady at rhe counter - Gumeet didnt give us the key for 30 mind and kept on saying "2 mins more".

    What's Good: the size of the rooms, very good location for Egmore station and further north in chennai. Good swimming pool, food is good as well

    What needs to improve : The bathrooms look shabby and run down compared to the renovated rooms. Even though the bathrooms might be clean they have a very old look and vibe which makes the property feel very down market

    Reason For Rating : The hotel is good and large size rooms which are updated, It would be much nicer if the gym was better equipped and the bathrooms were renovated, they currently have a very old decor and feeling

    What's Good: Room size was big and it was clean and staff was friendly.

    What needs to improve : Washroom fittings were old but not bad quality. Pool was small. Got calls from spa and membership team when I was sleeping.

    Reason For Rating : Room was good, breakfast was also nice, but wasrooms fittings can be improved, seems like since 10years they have not improved the same.. swimimgs pool and gym is way too small for a 4star property. But the price I got the property was not bad it to be in.

    What's Good: The location of the hotel near the canal makes it a bad choice during rainy season. There were a lot of mosquitoes and bad smell in some parts of the hotel. Also due to some drilling work in the hotel, I was disturbed early in the morning.

    What's Good: i got it for a good price so it was value for money. as it is a 5 star hotel everything was as per expectation except a few. reception was good but that guy was careless, he asked me to go to room he will take care of luggage. but after calling thrice from room he made me come down to locate vehicle drivers who were sitting in the vehicles only and this whole thing took 3 hours.....not expected. service and breakfast was good. top floor was under renovation so air conditioning in corridor was not good. because of rain we didnt get the chance to enjoy they terrace restro and swimming pool.

    What's Good: When a customer checks in, he/she is informed about every facility, details of products and basic information that a customer should know. That is exactly what did not happen in this hotel. You yourself have to ask about everything and they don't share anything important from their own side. The staff has very little knowledge. When I walked into the room I noticed that there were no slippers and just one water bottle. When I checked the bathroom, there was only one towel, no foot mats and no bath robes. So I called the housekeeping and asked them to send some more water bottles and a pair of slippers. They took about 45 minutes to send those and I had to call two more times in between to remind them of my basic requirements. This happened every time I called for something and I had to call them again and again to remind them to send something I wanted. When I was outside during the second day of my stay, the staff went ahead and cleaned the room but took away some of the items like bathing soap, comb, mini bar items, towel, and didn't even replace them. When I told this at the front desk while checking out, they just didn't listen. So when I was checking out, I was paying for chocolates and drinks which I never consumed. The staff is pretty good when it comes to not admitting their fault and have a very arrogant attitude. Overall stay at this hotel was the worst experience I've ever had in my 18 years of lifespan. An extremely annoying hotel. Definitely doesn't deserve to be a 5 star.

    What's Good: Comfortable stay, but location was somewhat problem. Auto drivers had to struggle many a times to find the hotel. If one uses the travel desk for hiring the hotel cab, then no problem at all. Meru cabs were also a good help. Food was pretty good and was of our choice. Service too was also very good.

    What's Good: The maintenance of the hotel is in a quite sorry state, the restaurants and the bars hardly had any alcohol choices even though it was mentioned in the menu. Didn't feel it was to Ramada standards at all.

    What's Good: It was a fairly clean and neat hotel, though not in the luxury class, just about making it to the business class. The lobby was quite nice. The rooms were large and comfortable though very dimly lit. The air conditioning was noisy in my room. The bathroom, though spacious, looked like it could do with some renovation. They have two restaurants, the one at the ground floor offering buffet meals and breakfast. Breakfast was fair. The first floor restaurant had a-la-carte meals and the food was good there with open air ambience. The staff was polite though the house keeping staff could do with some training. On one occasion they forgot to clean my room for the entire day. Twice they took away towels and forgot to give replacements. Their WiFi coverage was excellent throughout the hotel.

    What's Good: Booked two rooms. I room was ok. The other was very bad had to change rooms. The other room was only allocated at 23.50 hrs. Had to wait and that room was also not good. Had to stay on that since there is no other option.

    What's Good: As a business hotel, it is very good value for money. When traveling as tourist, one misses better tasting food, and a garden/ sit out. Twin bed converted to double bed by sliding both beds to one corner. very inconvenient- one person trapped into an inaccessible corner, other one having bedside lamp right over the head.

    What's Good: A very comfortable, rather luxurious stay. Location of hotel, very much convenient. Just a few hundred meters away from the Egmore railway station, 1 1/2 Km from central rly station and 2-3 Km from Marina beach, 2 Km from Shankar Netralaya, 3 from Apollo Hospital. Good staff and reception, varieties in breakfast and a nice reception and cooperative travel desk. Food was not the best, but was upto the mark.

    What's Good: We had 3 night stay with complimentary breakfast package included there in and had early morning flight on Last day but we had to skip the breakfast on that day because of late timings for breakfast ,therefore I suggest that in such cases breakfast which was in our package should have been provided to us , may be by way of room service or otherwise
