We stayed there for 2 nights unfortunately our stay was that long and was winter season else would have moved into a different Hotel. Parking space is good. Staff response is awful. I accidentally stepped into the kitchen of the hotel and it was pathetic. No clean rooms, AC not working!!

What you see is NOT what you get! Ineffective a/c, no running hot water and courteous but inefficient staff. All complaints are received with courtesy but not acted upon. Your best bet is to look elsewhere - it couldn't be worse....

We have booked few rooms and suite room during my brother's wedding for few of our guest. One good thing, rooms come with complimentary breakfast and newspaper to make your guest comfortable. Which will not burn your budget and people who are visiting chennai for the first time or unaware about the location then this hotel serves easy access to chennai central railway station. Few of our guests complaint that staff's are not prompt on serving the guests.

room ac defective and partially effective. wash basin water line chocked. in short rooms are not worth their rent. reception staff did not cooperate. bathroom doors of one room was badly broken. no drinking water was served in the room and hospitality was not at all good.

my name jagdish . i arrived from Bhopal and stay for a day my experience. 1) when i ask the front office boy to show the room he said room is very good and not bothered to show the room he was in a sleep and youning and not bothered to stand and wish me. 2) when i went to room i order for atea the waiter brought tea and i ask for bill he said computer is not working. but i paid money cash in reception and ask for the receipt the night shift boy told me no problem i will make. 3)at 8 am i went for breakfast and ask for mineral water and i paid 30 rs for the water but your waiter has not given me bill. 4) morning when i check in i paid cash 1500 rs and ask the boy for the advance receipt till evening nobody gave me the receipt i called 4 times in reception but the girl was busy or interested in playing games in computer and between 4 to5 pm some boy looks like sweeper pick up the phone and saying me mil jaye ga tension maat lo; in hindi. 5) when i was checking out the hotel at that time girl was not in counter i have to wait for 15 minute nand when she came at hte same time one night shift boy came and saying how are you darling and i paid him 30 rs for 2 cup of tea cah one it was in bill and 2 tea he took cash and not entered in my final bill and the bill of your hotel i cant se anything as poor quality of print . very imp; i want to say all to this the concern person but the receptio boy told me no manager so do i ask for director no. AND THE MANAGER NO WHEN I GOT MR. SUNDER WAS ALSO RUDE TO TALK TO AS HE DO-SENT FEEL TO BE INTEREST IN HIS WORK OR HAS SOME PARTNERSHIP WITH STAFF. SO ANY BODY GOING TO THIS HOTEL BE CAREFULLY WITH STAFF
