Hotel was not upto the mark compared with the prices they charge. Luxury hotel in Tambaram is far ahead in terms of everything and well maintained. access to the location too is not convenient. For the price they charge, they have to provide a well maintained room. For this hotel we can pay a maximum of Rs. 1000 - Rs.1200. The staff too were not polite and lacked decency. I believed MMT Assured hotels will do a complete check of the hotel and they rate everything based on their standards, I was proved wrong here. Tip for travellers looking to book this hotel - Please dont book this hotel. Luxury Hotel In Tambaram is a better choice. Reviews of both the hotels can be compared online.

Saibaba Grand is a new and better place than its unit nearby, Fab Hotel Sai Bala. Grand has a good restaurant called Thiviyam (meant Meaning absolutely satisfactory in Sanskrit. The buffet breakfast is good and specific requests like ginger tea or masala tea are also accommodated by courteous waiters in a small restaurant. Clean premises.

This stay was totaly amazing, unfortunatly it was one night stay because we were taking a flight to overseas, food was a big highlight there specialy the breakfast buffet was very delicious, reception team house team service team are very helpfull, thank you to the team... definitly we will come back again

Rooms - Neat and clean Food - Average, reasonable price Behaviour of staff - good Free Wi-fi available and signal strength is quite good inside the rooms. Suggestion for the hotel management : May be you can add the following to make your hotel more customer friendly - 1. Provide coffee maker in the rooms. 2. Provide shoe cleaner in the lobby, on every floor. 3. Provide additional toiletries like hair conditioner, dental kit, ear buds, some Band Aids, etc. 4. Provide Wi-Fi connection in the restaurant also.

It is a decent transit hotel nearer to the airport and their service was very good. Front desk staff and room service staff were very cooperative and very attentive. They offer free drop to airport. Recommended for Transit!
