    Reason For Rating : Its a decent hotel but very old . The hotelier need to refurbish everything and change the interiors of the room. Only good point for this hotel is the location best placed in centre of city. if the hotel is renovated it would be one of the best places to stay in city .

    Reason For Rating : On 31st Jan night personal out station tele calls to the hotel board numbers were not transferred to my room, instead, the caller was informed that i am not responding. this was not even informed to me by the staff. Out of 2 days stay i could access wifi for 1 to 2 hrs only. the procedure adopted for wifi is cumbersome, can be simplified with password similar to indian airports

    What needs to improve : I booked the room only after verifying the the flexible time, but when I entered in the hotel the receptionist said that I can get the room only by 12 noon, if I require earlier I have to pay additional charges. After lot of discussion he told me that he discuss with the management and decide the additional tariff, I was no other go, so accepted his deal. I also informed him that I will be vacating the in the evening and I am use the room only for 15 hours and not 24 hours. When I check out they didn't charged additional tariff, but the unwanted situation created was not pleasing.

    What's Good: Hot water was not available. The phone was in pathetic condition. Rooms and the corridor were stinking.. The hotel staffs wer kind but not helpful. I would never come back to the hotel again.

    What's Good: One of the worst experiences i had with this hotel. 1. We asked for coffee at 11:00 AM and he did not bother to listen and did not get it also till 1:00 PM and we asked him to not to get it and told him that "your service is great" 2.We asked him for stapler at 10:00 AM and they did not get it and i had to go to the reception and take it from that and it took 1 hour. 3.The fact is rooms and banquets are so pathetic and you get stinky smell it was horrible to the core and very noisy. 4.Coming to the breakfast you just have cold Idli's,Cold Vada , Cold Upma,Cold Sambar , Cold Paratas and you can even call it "Chilled". 5.For the amount you spend you get a very very much better hotels in this budget and i do not recommend this to any one again. 6.Its a 24 Hrs Check in and Check Out Process and during check in process any hotel guys will tell the check out time during the check-in process or at least they should inform next day 1 hour prior to your checkout but surprisingly he called me on after my check out time is over and said very very rudely that your day tariff has started directly and then i argued with him for a while and he asked me to leave the hotel. This is the behavior of this hotel towards the customers and believe me though most of them have complimentary breakfast available they are going out and having the breakfast because its so so horrible.

    What's Good: Actualy I booked for two nights, but the last day they didn't provide buffet system, We asked the reason and they clarified as there is no peoples , so no buffet for that day, Actauly I thought to book the same hotel on coming December , but now I need to check for other hotel.

  • Avoid this place. Better options for same budget is available elsewhere.
