    Excellent hotel. Great service. I did not expect such good hotel and service after tripadvisor rated it lower than savera and other hotels. I think his is clearly in the top 3 in chennai after having stayed in many of the big ones.

  • Short and sweet stay

    This was my first stay at this hotel in the city where I have spent numerous nights. I arrived late around 900 pm. The check in was loooonnng. It took ages for me to get a key card. But I was upgraded to a corner suit room so that was a consolation. The room was big and it took me a while to understand how the lighting worked. It was difficult to have good light in both the bathroom and the living room but somehow after an initial struggle I managed!! The room was really luxurious with all you can ask for available. Two large screen TVs and another in the bath all for a 10 hrs stay:-(. The location is great with lots of shopping & dining options nearby though I could not indulge in any, due to my late arrival & short stay. Will certainly make up for it the next time. The check out next morning was even longer (believe me it is true) than the check in. They had some issues with the printer. Finally I left asking them to e mail the receipts to my mail ID. The lady finally managed to print the receipts and handed them to me in the car park as I was getting into my ride. Overall looks like a place with very high potential let us see that the team there makes of it!!!

    To retain a 5-star rating, this hotel needs new carpets (or none), cleanliness check (my shower curtain not clean), general renovation--my bathtub was cracked and stained, the bath tap had to be fixed, the room jet didnt work twice in 2 days, the sink drain needed resealing, giving an impression of lack of maintenance and direction of staff. Staff very nuce, tried hard.

    I travel throughout for various business and personal tours and have visited high rated hotels in almost every city, so I will not talk much about the service, ambience etc. part as it has to be high standard parallel to the hotel status but what I appreciate the most and am heartily forced to put down in words is the diplomatic way of handling one of my problem there by MISS PREETI WANKHEDE , DUTY MANAGER then with a genuine solution just putting an end to my complaint instantly. It was difficult to ascertain that whether it was her inborn quality or mentored by the management but the skills she used is really memorable and has satisfied me and my family very much. Preeti, you are an asset for the organisation wherever you are placed. KEEP IT UP . NITIN D. MEHTA

  • Excellent and Luxurious Stay

    This was my first stay at the hotel since the name changed from Park Sheraton to Crowne Plaza. However I was happy to note that the service and facilities were just as consistently good as they were during my previous trip. The rooms were clean, and more than anything the restaurants were exceptional. In particular I enjoyed the main coffee shop and the Dakshin restaurant. I also enjoyed going to Gatsby, the nightclub for a drink and dance. Was worth the money

    It was an excellent place to stay here. It was just a home away from home . All the service provider s were very efficient. Very nice hospitality and courteous staff. My special thanks to MISS PREETI WANKHEDE , DUTY MANAGER who was very efficient and caring . She made us feel very comfortable and made our stay very pleasant. Her attention was Round the clock with always a smiling face which has impressed us to that extent that since then we have been recommending all our group members to stay in this hotel under her caring environment.
