Reason For Rating : Bathrooms can be provided with some more aminities like soap couple of towels etc. hot water only coming at moring time for certain period. No bathroom mats provided. Front desk prople are bery rude. Not a good room service

What needs to improve : Not even the bath soaps are not supplied in time. Poor room service on the day. I had good experience with them previous stays. But now it is not there.
Reason For Rating : Yatra is saying customer to get invoice at property. But hotel Vijay park refused to give and asking to collect from Yatra. But I need My organization GST number to get included in my invoice for the stay. Please help me. Manivannan firstname.lastname@example.org

Absolutely untidy disease prone hotel. Simply do not enter the hotel . Hopeless and pathetic food . Very poor staff . No sense of cleanliness . Water was dark brown in color when we open the shower . Please do not go to this hotel.

Bad!!!!! really bad, no drinking water provided even after i asked many times, ac don't have control, No wifi, No telephone to call reception, Rude receptionists (check in and check out). they entered in the room without permission when i went outside (says room service). Guest allowed only after I paid 1300rs extra. Too many cheep shady questions asked by the receptionist only because my friend was a girl. So lame and cheap behaviour of room service.Salty water in the bathroom. And the parking security told me to park the car on the road as there were some function happening, then i had to forcefully park in the parking lot.

Right from entrance, check-in,parking everything is an hassle in his place. I was denied car entry and asked to park in a gully . I had to carry all my luggages myself walking half km in an alley. Security was rude and sent the car out even though I told him I have booking. Reception folks are clueless about hotel management. The room access card is nightmare. It has it's own mind and Everytime you have to wait for half hour to get it fixed.

Very Bad, In Reception way of talking is not good. Plz improve. Many more cockroaches in the rooms. Totally disturbed. Night shift receptionist did not give the response to us. It's my 2nd stay here. Hereafter I can't. Thank you.

Good location; very good appearance; very good lounge and lift arrangements; This is a good property but appears to be badly kept due to lack of business; the staff at the reception desk need training in hospitality; they dont seem to enjoy their jod, nor do they make the guests feel welcome; Rooms are good, but poor maintenance; No oil, shaving kit, shampoo etc is supplied; It is just OK for the money; looks like it is not a much desired hotel.
