Overall, experience was good. Check-in was smooth;did not take time. Room was well maintained. Location is pretty cool as it is exactly at the Bus Stand (this is the starting and terminating point for most of the private bus operators). There are theatres nearby in case you want to relax watching a movie. East Tower of Chidambaram Nataraja Temple is just at a walkable distance. The restaurant attached to this hotel is good and offers variety of food at affofordable cost. The interior of the room was good with ample natural lighting. You get complete toileteries supplied without asking for. I did not experience WiFi and hence, not in a position to comment. Quality of Bed and linen was good. However, a few areas of improvements are the bath towels that were old and didn't smell fresh. Similarly, all the wooden structures (particularly the bathroom one) were almost lost its new and shiny look. The mirrors both at bathroom and dressing table have lost its mercury coating. I gave this feedback to the reception person while checking out and he too acknowledged it...! The bed linens and towels were kept in open cub-boards on the lift lobby which was an eye sore.

Good hotel service 2 years before. Hotel was ruined by management due non maintenance. Broken fitting, water seepage. Rude behaviour of front desk on our need. Restaurant people offers you rundown service

We spent one night here, at room 208. I cannot recommend this hotel. The room was small, there are hours without hot water and it is dirty and worn out. On the positive side, there is a safe box in the room. The public areas, lobby, corridors, restaurant are also dirty and look worn out. Its location is good, in middle of town, near the bus station.

It is a decent clean hotel opposite to bus stand and about 10 minute walking distance to Thillai Natarajar temple. It is fairly a clean hotel. Spacious rooms with plush mattress and clean linen. Free in-room wi-fi with adequate speed Minimal noise in spite of being opposite to bus stand. On-site car parking for about 8 cars. Reception staff could be a little more courteous and could learn to serve with smile. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Staff in the restaurant are well dressed and are very courteous.

On the location wise, it's right next to the bus station and hence no problem in finding it and quite helpful staffs.. We asked for executive room and rooms were allotted in the building opposite to that of reception and was without any lift.. the first impression didn't serve as the corridor is full of cigarette buds and ashes.. To top that food plates and liquor bottles from next room were also kept in the corridor.. How can this even be accepted when we are with our kids and hence I asked for change of room to a suite and was provided immediately.. However, the corridor was smelly on the way to the suite.. The rooms were spacious, but the bed was creaky with torn bed sheet.. We asked for milk which was served in a dirty kettle and we didn't even try the food just to be safe.. Final word: Stay at your own risk and if your focus is to have only a night's sleep.. However it's still costly for that requirement..
