We were 15 bikers travelling from electronic city motors. It was an organized ride to kalasa, thangaali homestay is mesmerizing. All of us had fun, the view is breath taking. There is also a 15 min trek to a 3000ft drop , the location is just amazing. A great overall package we had. Trek, ride, social interaction with fellow bikers. From there we headed to kyatanamakki hills. Off roading stretch was so challenging. We simply love to visit this place again in winter. Thanks shweta for coordinating with us. And also the food is great. They basically serve vegetarian, non vegetarian only if demanded. There is nothing to point out which went wrong. We absolutely loved it. Hoping to come back soon on another bike ride. Sagar Rides Manager Royal Enfield Electronic City Motors.

We were family of 25-30 people from all age groups had been here for 2 night stay and the homestay was just beautiful with stunning views, clean rooms, excellent hospitality, tasty homely food, Bon Fire, sunset peak view, waterfall visits near by, bumpy jeep rides and lot more. It was a great place to relax and have a peaceful time with family. We all just loved it.

It's a place to find some peace of mind. Not only do the owners show the best interest to comfort the guest but also does the entire staff. All men were well groomed and did not make me feel uncomfortable even for a second, which I believe is a combination very hard to find in such places. Food is amazing as well, very authentic of the place.

I have been here many a times with family and friends . We planned to have a relaxed holiday with the family for two days hence booked this property . Once we reached we were given a warm welcome and the Staff are very courteous. During the stay Mr. Harsha and every other staff very very warm, courteous and showed their genuine interest in serving us and making sure our stay is very enjoyable. Overall it was a very pleasant and memorable stay at Thangaali with their fabulous hospitality !! They were so thoughtful & considerate enough to offer us some snacks for our journey back home.

My friend suggested we (3 couples with one kid each) go here for a weekend break, and she had done enough to describe her experience during her last visit to this place - but she couldn't capture the essence of this place in her description, and sorry, I can't either! You have to be there to feel the 'Thangaali' (cool breeze) run up your body, soothing your nerves and the visual scenery just confirms your presence in pristine nature. Any homestay is incomplete without simple and/or traditional home made food. An unlimited servings of that. Our tummies and taste buds were taken good care of by the sumptuous meals that they served us. The homestay staff arranges for a small trek uphill to some vantage points which offer a good view. There's also a nature trail downhill starting at the back of the homestay for you to explore and enjoy. The gesture of checking with the guests every two hours if they wanted some fresh hot filter coffee really made us feel at home. Evening met us with an unexpected surprise - a bonfire which kept us warmed up and also triggering us into candid conversations. The kitchen had fired all the cylinders (quite literally) and kept dishing out finger foods to last as long as the firewood did. When most of the other guests had retired back to their rooms, we requested the guard to sit out for some more time, albeit with all the lights dimmed / switched off. That's when we could really appreciate the spectacular beauty of the star filled night sky. And lo-n-behold, we had another surprise performance - trees filled with thousands of fireflies glowing away in an visual orchestra of sorts! We didn't realize when the clock drifted beyond midnight, and we had to push ourselves back into our rooms to catch some rest, less we miss the fun on day 2...
