We stayed here on a tour, and it was definitely a highlight of the trip. The hotel actually is a heritage castle, still owned by a 13th Generation member of the family who built it. It has now been concerted to a hotel, and a very memorable one at that. All the rooms are different, as they were never meant to be hotel rooms. We were lucky enough to stay in the heritage wing, the oldest part of the complex, so some rooms were big, some smaller, but all unique. We had a dome above our bed and a huge terrace on the roof above us with amazing views of the sunset and surrounding area. It has well designed bathrooms with lots of instant hot water (a rarity in hotels on our trip). The evening buffet dinner by the pool is a great highlight of the visit. Lots of choice and variety, and the food is great. I recommend doing a jeep tour of the surrounding farming community, and also to simply go out in the early evening for a wander around the village next to the hotel. That is an incredible experience just in itself. Definitely would recommend a short stay here to anyone.

it is not every day one has a chance to be in the castle and live a life like how the royals of India did and still does. It is a rare opportunity, the royal family has opened up for broadening their horizon and include us too as a part of the royal heritage for a short while. The place truly is Royal and makes one feel like a king and no less. The room has all the amenities of a modern hotel room. The food is outstanding and so is the service from the staff members. They would try and provide one with everything a guest need, which might include helping the guests with the medications. A must visit for someone who enjoys the Royal Life and would wish to experience it up-close.

We stayed her on 19th November 2018. The rooms are royal and very spacious with WiFi connectivity, clean swimming pool and well mannered staff. Wonderful ambience with rural touch which takes back to historical era. Food was not upto the mark but with large quantity. Hotel is 40 Kms from Chittaurgarh fort. Recommended for people who want to have exclusive heritage feel.

Wow! Thought of feeling like royalty then you should stay at the wonderful hotel. The pool is great. Rooms are all different and very clean and tidy. Royal furnishings to make you feel like royalty. The food is amazing and a good variety on buffet and alacarte menu. Spectacular view from terrace of the sun setting. Staff are very friendly and even got to meet and dine with the owner (13 generations in his family). Loved this place.

This hotel is a wonderful find outside of the normal tourist destinations in Rajasthan. We were booked into this hotel through our Intrepid tour group, and just spent one night after 1 night in a related property on the nearby lake with a permanent tent camp. The Castle is luxurious by India standards - unlimited hot water, a pool, 100% functional plumbing, a spa with reasonably priced and excellent services, live music in the evenings, and tasty food in the kitchen. If you want to do other special activities, like henna or horse riding, or hikes, you can sign up at the front desk. Overall, this was the favorite hotel for most of the group in the 15 day tour we were on together. I would highly recommend a two night stay (or more).
