I was so tired after a long driving from Mandu fort and wanted to have a good nap.After paying toll before Chittorgarh,I saw this resort on right and decided to try it. It was a newly built(a year old only) property with a handsome investment.Mr.Raghvendra Singh and his team gave a good response in allocation of room. Rooms were very spacious,everything was of a good taste.Bathroom fittings,tv,bed, linen, mattresses.,storage etc everything was nice.Room service was excellent and prompt too.Lift and parking were additional feature.Property is made with purpose to serve as banquet and party catering also.Property is located at center point among lot of top brand cement plants. Kitchen was enable to serve everything fresh, delicious and promptly.Certainly, I would like to stay during next trip as there is no good point nearby to stay comfortably.

[19:44, 31/8/2017] +91 86579 70770: [19:44, 31/8/2017] +91 86579 70770: we booked the larger suite, to rest after work and long journey. we where shocked to enter the hotel and instead of nice welcome reception to sea a construction site! all the people where construction employs and no one could explain us what's going on! we where really frustrated and desperate. although the room booked in advance- no one know about us and no one know what to do with us! we didn't know if to lough or to cry! Finley arrived a hotel representative. he gave us a room and promise that he will take care from now on. however, he disappeared immediately.... the room was new renovated , but we felt like in the desert. no one to speak with him! some people where there but we told them and they didn't do nothing. so, imagine, we just wanted to rest till our night train, and we paied for those hours ful rate for luxery suite and: stucking in a room in the middle of construction site. AC is not working although we complained again and again. shower- only cold water. no WIFI. no one and no answer from reception.(after long time, when somebody answered- no one speaks English and no one realy take care. asked for some veg, for toilet paper- we got it after maybe 4 hours- only when our agent find the owner's number and involved him.). in our standarts, we expected the owner at least to refund us, the only thing we get is "we r sorry". the sorrow doesn't help... They had to give us drop to station. after some hours that we saw what happened with other promises, we where afraid to miss our train, so we booked ourself another car. what can we do? about 2 hours or less before the travel the owner told me : why? I am promising you that it's will be OK. but, even when he become involved, from far, things moved slow, how can i trust it. Additionally: I'm honest and I will not break my word to the driver that I booked. do u think that they refund for the drop?? they didnt even think about it, like they didnt think that we have to be refund or get compensation for the suite... WE paid another 1000 INR for the taxi..... they have not only to renew the Walls and floor but also the way they think about their guests.... You can think : OK, in some days/ month they will improve. hope so, but: if they could accept our booking without to announce us about the conditions, and without to take any care, if they do take the whole payment without even to think that they have to refund us Or to compensate (that is my international normal standards)- how you can trust their hospitality and responsibility?
