Deserves more than a one night stay!

This is the kind of place I always hope to find on my travels - I travel alone and love to stay in smaller places where I can get to know the family, experience their cooking and also interact with other guests. This met all of those criteria. I stayed 3 nights which is long compared to most people who stay for a night to visit the fort. I spent my time walking in the village and to the fort (busy on a Sunday but empty on a weekday morning), reading in the comfy chairs in the courtyard, admiring the sunset from the rooftop, and taking a tour with the very sweet and knowledgeable Parvati. I was also taken to see Sudhir's childhood home which they are in the process of renovating to be a second guesthouse. The family and their helpers were warm and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and plentiful and I loved chatting with other guests and with Sudhir at mealtimes. There is a friendly communal atmosphere here which I have yet to find elsewhere in my Rajasthan tour. Lastly on departure day I needed some medical attention and they organised a doctor for me to see and a tuktuk driver who got me there and looked after me through the whole process. They also organised a very safe and friendly driver to take me to my next stop. Although I have one more stop in my Rajasthan tour I am very confident that this place will be a highlight.
Not as good as the price point but a Lovely little haveli

A lovely little haveli. The hospitality is great and the family is very nice but unfortunately if you are charging over a 100 USD a night you probably need to not have a shower with a bucket. You also probably need a fridge and WiFi and need access to payment options other than cash. Breakfast was only a little light on but other than that it was definitely an authentic Rajasthan experience.

We stayed here in January for 2 nights . The room was lovely , it was weird how the shower was in place but we couldnt use it , that needs amending . We had dinner here on both nights , there are no other options in the village . The food was good the first night but the second night it wasnt so good . 600 rupees is too expensive. Breakfast was ok but it might be a good idea to try and be more prompt , wed said what time we wanted to leave but breakfast was very slow in coming . The hosts were very nice and their kids were delightful and so well mannered , Id only suggest reduce the price of the evening meal and more fruit at breakfast .
Wonderful stay in the Haveli

I stayed a few days in the Haveli in January. It was a wonderful experience, similar to a home stay. When you stay at the Haveli, its like staying in a home. The rooms are clean, crisp and beautiful. The hosts are a local family, with 4 wonderful children. I spent an afternoon flying kites with one of them. The family was very attentive to my needs. The family cooks diner in the evening, which was some of the best food I had in Rajasthan. Everything was absolutely delicious. The hosts come and speak with you as well during diner and make sure you are happy! I really recommend this Haveli to anyone that wants to experience a local life all whilst staying in a beautiful place.
If WiFi is important to you make sure to inquire about it

We had deluxe rooms which were very small . I found the bed was comfortable. The suites looked bigger.
