We stayed here because is was close to the airport and very cheap. It only took 5 min in a cab, but it certainly was not worth the money. It was very dirty, blood on the pillow and black hairs in the bed (and we are both blond)!! The guy there spoke no English and couldn't even find out how to call for a cap to come and pick us up the next morning, so he had to take my boyfriend on the back of his motorbike and take him to the caps. Here he left him without telling the driver where the cap driver should take him to. Can not recommend it.

Arrived late afternoon - everyone seemed surprised to see us (even though we had a reservation). Had 2 connecting rooms (travelling with 2 sons aged 10/12). Their double bed was just large enough for them, (more like a 3/4 bed). Sheets were disgusting - orange stains everywhere, holes in the pillow cases. One rather threadbare blanket. Our bed was big enough, sheet was clean - er, but had a huge hole in it. A/C worked well, though the one in the boys room dripped constantly. Bathroom was rather disgusting as well - hose leaking, toilet bowl dirty and there was a strong smell of wee! However, they did arrange a taxi for us at 5.30am and helped load the bags. The guy on reception (the same one that met us), was not too chuffed at being woken up, but hey, that's the deal with airport hotels. Was fine staying there as a group, but I wouldn't have felt comfortable staying there alone. Door lock wasn't very secure, and there was a balcony outside both rooms that was accessible from the street. We did find the Saj Resort down the road, where we paid to use the pool, drank in the bar (as Airport Mansions doesn't do food) and had good meal - so not all bad!

I stayed in the Airport Mansion for 1 night before a 10am flight from Cochin. At half past midnight the guy on reception (early to mid twenties) knocked on my door and asked if I wanted a massage. It was particularly unnerving because the property is on a quiet back road and there was no one else around. He was stood almost one foot in the room but when I firmly said no and shut the door he left. I was conscious that he was sat on reception, just outside my room, all night though. I've stayed in some lovely home stays in India but this was not one of them and I didn't feel safe. Other stuff... There is wifi in reception but not in the rooms. The sheets and pillows did not seem clean - it looked like they may not have been changed since the person, just smoothed down because there were lots of hairs and stains. Really good shower pressure but no hot water. Also a good location for the airport, just a 10 minute walk away (albeit across a busy road but there is an airport shuttle service for an additional charge). Maybe ok for a couple or group with own sleeping bags but I wouldn't recommend for a solo female traveller.

I chose this place to stay as this was near to the Airport (as advertised), and we arrived at Cochin airport at 4:30 am. Even though it is saying few meters from the airport, it is not. It is approx. 1 km from the airport, not recommended to walk if reaching late night/early morning...instead take an auto or book Ola cab. While booking, already informed that we will be arriving late and will check in at around 4:30 am (not received any acknowledgement though). When we reached the place, the gate was closed/locked and could not see anyone. Later when called the contact number in the confirmation email (seems to be the owner), a young guy opened the door and gate. After taking the copy of our passports, he showed us the room, beside the reception. He was still not sure if we booked A/C or Non-A/C, and on top of that when i asked him what time is the breakfast, he was clueless as it seems no one informed him. The room was okay with just one towel, but luckily had hot water. The room doesn't include any other amenities like drinking water, unless you explicitly ask. Even though they had a kitchen, the breakfast served was packed from outside. The service was not up to the mark, and the breakfast didn't include tea/coffee. We didn't bother to ask as we were about to check out soon. Overall, not so good experience, and will not recommend to family or couples, if traveling solo this will be a place to just fresh up. Don't get deceived by the pictures in their website.

We stayed 1 night arriving late in the night at the airport. Blankets were not fresh, no shampoo. Otherwise it was OK. Good enough for a night. Breakfast was OK : we were the only ones in the hotel and hard to imagine a breakfast there if many other rooms were booked.
