What's Good: Neet n clean
What needs to improve : Break fast timing startonly at 8am. It should start at 7. Am. For out goers.
Reason For Rating : It was a nice and comfortable stay. Ambience, accessibility to all part of the city and good staffs.

Rooms are very clean. Politeness & cooperation's of Management & staff. Free wi-fi & Parking facility. Proper attention of customer basic needs. Location is very good near city, so easily walking visit of market.

Nice location and a cute hotel. very comfortable stay snd affordable price. value for money. Ernakulam railwsy station is very near. Bus station is also very near. There are somany restaurant's nearby area.

We stayed here for a night as we had to board our flight from Kochi airport. We had booked 2 rooms for 1 night. The rooms given to us were good. Staff were also helpful. Food ordered was good. Breakfast served was okay.

Visited this Hotel last week Dec. This is how things went from bad to worst to terrible. Reached Hotel @ 9PM, were advised to place an order ASAP as they will close the kitchen by 9.45PM. Agreed to same & was ready with a menu before 9.30PM. To our surprise, even the basic food items such as daal fry was not available along with other food stuffs so had to amend the complete order which wasted our 15-20 minutes. When we were ready with a new order, the chef's duty got over & he was in no mood to take a new order for 10 of us. Stranded completely we explained our situation & to this the captain took our order as we had initially placed an order by 9.30PM. Then a verbal fight started in kitchen area & we were totally clueless as couldn't understand a word they were saying. Then our food arrived which was pathetic & blunt. Hospitals serve better quality food to their patients than this Hotel. When requested for the Manager, we were advised he is busy & cannot attend to our issue. Frustrated, we approached him & confronted with the quality of food. His reaction to this issue was extremely un-professional which is not expected from a 3 start property. After arguing for some time, he just waived off the compete bill stating "no need to pay any amount if you're not satisfied with food quality". However during check-out the next day, he came up with a 30% reduced amount on the food bill which we had to pay even after much resistance from our end. He had no clue as to why this decision was taken when initially he himself agreed to waive-off the complete bill amount. Such Managers do not belong in hospitality sector & should be fired immediately if the Management does review my note. Also the washroom door of our room had nothing to lock from inside. Remembered Paresh Rawal's dialogue from movie Hera Pheri, "gaana gaane ata hai? sandaas mein kundi nai h ree''...LOL A sincere request to fellow travellers, please choose a different place to stay if you do not wish to ruin your holiday time.

We stayed there for 2nights. our package with them was breakfast and dinner, when we went for dinner by 9:30pm chicken was over and when we asked for it they told its over, (if they dont have food to serve then why should charge us for that.) they didnt even gave desserts, after we went to manager and complained then they brought us chicken and desserts. They should not take bookings when they cant serve customers properly. Please avoid this hotel because we come here to stay with peace and enjoy our holidays, not to fight with them and spoil our mood of enjoyment.
