The place was not that hard to find from the North Railway station. It was in a busy part of town. Our room overlooked a construction site that was going all night long with loud pounding, a rattling cement mixer, and some ground-shaking activity. Add to that very uncomfortable thin mattresses on light beds that moved with a loud "screech", and I got virtually no sleep. The bed in the room above moved several times in the same way, and the noise was, if anything, louder than in my own room. The room had inadequate space for personal items and was infested with cockroaches. The one good thing was that the air conditioner worked very well.

1. Took a room for freshen up for Rs 500 for 3 hours. 2. Room was very small but OK. 3. Got 3 towels and 3 soaps which is appreciable. 4. Is next to ernakulam north railway station. Very convenient to reach. 5. Has a restaurant next to it. We get average food there. 6. No hot water for taking bath.

Stayed here for a night before leaving for Thekkady the following morning. We were a family of five, including three senior citizens, and stayed in the double suite comprising two king size beds and one bath. The stay was very comforting, service is prompt, and the hotel is reasonably priced. The hotel does not have a restaurant, however the Abirami restaurant next door provides good food. It's located just outside the Ernakulam Town station. In fact, we got our luggage delivered directly to the hotel from the station. Just a suggestion: it would have helped to have two baths along with the double suite, as having one bath might fall short for people traveling in big groups.

I went to Ernakulam with family and this hotel was the first we notice as soon as we come out of the station. Reception was good and we opted for a executive room to accommodate four of us. Room was pretty average and toilet was also OK type but not bad either. Service was good and they attempted to solve things we wanted then and there. In terms of price this is better I think as I did not visit other hotels. No other disturbance apart from the trains passing the station which is very nearby. There is a good vegetarian restaurant just below this hotel so food we didnt face any problem. For a day or two this can be preferred for less cost.

The hotel is just a few steps away from the railway station. The staffs are friendly with a good hospitality. The rooms are neat. They have a genuine travel desk. When we go for a tour to Ernakulam, this hotel is a very good choice. Above all this hotel suits everyone's budget.
