Fell in love with this wonderful Catholic family. They were very gracious, attentive, hospitable, helpful, and kind-hearted. They were always smiling. They didnt feel like strangers to me. I easily felt at ease upon meeting them. Always looked forward to breakfast time. Rincy always made sure we were fed well. And shes an amazing cook! If youre looking for the BEST CHAI MASALA, fret no more! The neighborhood was really safe, i always walked home by myself at around 9-10pm. The homestay was very secured. Will miss them and I am very privileged to have met them and to have been hosted by them. Thank you, Rincy and Antony! You made my stay in India an even more pleasant one! , Pink Girl

We stayed here for two nights. Rooms are very neat. Location of this home stay is great. Public transport is within a walkable distance. Bike rentals are also nearby (try i-one rentals on the main road). Breakfast is yummy (loved the fresh pineapple juice). The hosts are very nice folks. We arrived late in the evening at the home stay, Antony and Rincy sat with us to help plan the next day. For our departure day, they arranged an early breakfast. We will definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

We stayed here for our first 3 nights in India and couldn't have wished for a better base from which to start exploring the country. The hosts were lovely and really welcoming. They helped us organise a day trip along the backwaters and were always on hand to provide information about the area, or just have a nice chat. We were offered a welcome drink on arrival, which was a nice touch. The guest house is located on a quiet residential street, within walking distance of the main sights, places to eat and shops. This meant it was quiet at night and we were able to sleep well. The room was basic but clean, with air con and a fan (we only needed the fan in October). There was a UK plug adaptor in the room, which was useful. A bottle of mineral water was provided upon arrival, which could then be refilled with boiled/filtered drinking water from a dispenser just outside the room. Breakfast prepared by Rincy was lovely, and we had something different each day - watermelon juice, dhal and chapati, scrambled eggs and toast, and vegetable curry. The hosts even prepared us breakfast at 6am before an early bus journey (which we insisted wasn't necessary, but was very nice of them!). We ate each morning in a small dining area, onto which all of the 3 rooms opened out. Would definitely recommend this guest house!

We were there in August 2017 and enjoyed our stay very much. Great Indian Breakfast, nice rooms, AC, very quite, helpful hosts, close to the city centre, close to Kathakali theatre: 100% recommendation

Its my second time spending my nights with this great family and cozy home. Breakfast was included, always warm and great of taste. The hosts are very sweet. They helped us to plan our days there and gave us what we needed. The home was very clean and the room was impeccable. Its in a great location. I recommend them to everyone!!
