We booked this place for a day's stay. the check-in process was easy. we weren't happy with the location of the place. the street was extremely dirty. we were the only ones in the entire hotel which made it all the more uncomfortable. the bathroom had no latches and there was an opening from the ceiling. we had an unsafe feeling about the entire place and we checked out and moved to another place without staying the night.

Room is low priced. For the money paid, room is reasonable. But no ventilation or exhaust for toilet. Breakfast was free, but limited and I got myself a poor man's feel. They count the bread they serve. By 9:00 the uncle in the reception started pestering reminding me the check out time,11:00. He was anxious about people checking in by 12:00.

Centrally located, but other hotels nearby are better. Staff weren't as helpful as they could have been. No central meeting place or rooftop area to congregate and meet other travellers. In a side street, so quiet.

Stayed 2 nights as part of tour. Room upstairs on 2nd floor ok but no hot water in bathroom. Breakfast was basic and can do better by eating elsewhere. Ambiance was rather poor for such a touristy location. It's well located for main sights but in a bumpy Lane off Princess Street.

1st of all to begin with reviewing this hotel Is that it provides u a good and authentic South India and Western breakfast it depends on what u want. 2. Rooms are properly well cleaned And maintained with good interiors and better washroom facilities with warm and cold water both. 3. Places near by Chinese fishing nets, vasco square,Dutch palace, church and rest there is i-one two wheeler who provides two wheeler starting from 300 for Honda Activa scooties to bullet which is having rent of 800 per day and they also take your driving license and give u a Xerox copy of the driving license and also a receipt of bill and good thing is that rent is for 24 hrs after that 50 per hour will be charged. 4. For food there is a good tiffin system restaurant Whit provides finger licking food with 2 sabzi, daal, rotis, rice, raaita, salads and good music as well will be in the air to enjoy your food. 5.places to visit in Cochin are many more which include allepy or allapooza, Best is to hire a cab for a day and reach allepy and bargain for the back water boat or if one wants to stay inside the boat the charge will be 6000 starting. Rest are places like Cochin fort, mattancherry, highland Beach and much more depends on taste.
