I was booked by my travel agent for 2 nights for the first and the last day of my travel itinerary. On the first day, I was given a room full of mosquitos and without an extra lock except for the one on the door knob (meaning anyone can just open the room with a key!). The bedsheets and towels were dirty. No toilet papers as well. They got me kitchen towets after I insisted that I needed toilet paper. On the second night, my room was upgraded by my travel agent (after my complains). Room was better. In a span of 30 mins of checking in, the electricity tripped 5 times. The reception seem completely unaware of this. They reasoned that this is expected as there were works going on nearby. As a guest, i found their reasons unacceptable as a hotel is expected to have its backup (generator) in case of power failure. Fortunately, i didn't experience any power failure at night. This time, they gave me servitettes, The restaurant area was full of mosquitos as well and the restaurant has very limited choice of food. I was told that the restaurant was closed when i tried to order a cup of tea to my room. As the hotel was in a secluded location, i couldn't even go out to buy food. The only positive aspects of the hotel was the water pressure and the wifi connection was good. In fact, it was the best compared to all the hotels I stayed during my entire trip!. Thought the staffs tried their best to cater to my needs but they require more resources and training in customer service.

Had a good stay at Greenland. Prompt service and was very helpful staff. Worth for the price paid, as the rooms were very neat and clean. Hotel is in the center of the city which made it easy for us to travel to most of site seeings. Will choose the same hotel on my next visit.

Those peole are thife. They are very welcoming at begening, but at check out time the charge with somany thing which you never buy or use during your saty. The manager named "Hari" is also a teriable person.

They give me good room service.they provide me wifi also friendly staff.Nice Restaurant front office staffs are very supporting and caring. Rooms are good & well cleaned. we are very much satisfied with this hotel

As it's near by Ernakulam Junction station, opted for it. Rather than that nothing positive experience, hotel management was very rude. Initially said they will arrange extra bed, later even after 60 mins follow up they are unable to arrange the same. Out of frustration one of my friend argued with them,they are shouting in their local language.Very bad experience.
