This is not very luxurious but has basic hygiene in place. We had to walk out of another place at little odd hours at night but we got accommodation here and the staff was really helpful. The rooms are not really luxurious. But big enough for 2 people. The great plus point of this place is that it is located in the middle of the market and closer to the beach. Recommended only if one is not looking for anything luxurious and good with a hygienic average place.

During check in a waiting Indian Lady continually tried to catch my eye and shook her head. I was greeted cordially and assured that the noise of electric drills, mechanical saws ets was due to ongoing renovation. The hotel reception area gives no clue as to the state of dilapidation of the rooms. initially the room I was shown to didn't appear too bad, but closer scrutiny made it necessary to immediately get online to find an alternative hotel, which on December 30th was not going to be easy with Fort Kochi winding up for the New Year festival. Forced to stay the night, the bed was large, with crisp clean linen and with a hard mattress which afforded me a surprisingly good nights sleep. The photographs on Booking.com were obviously not recent The hotel location on Princes Street in the centre of Fort Kochi was the best feature of this establishment. Walls were showing damp missing widow panes were tacked with wooden board on a balcony window that opened directly over a busy ally with the wall of a building opposite as the view. floor boards were missing and loose sticking to my feet as I walked round, The bathroom was so filthy that I could not bring myself to use it, wall tiles were covered in all kinds of dirt and stains from previous users, the washbasin was covered in grime and still had the toothpaste stains from previous occupants. The plastic bucket in the shower which many of the Indian bathrooms include looked as if it had been used on a building site with no sign of ever having been attempted to clean it. I will let the photographs speak for themselves. This establishment should be ashamed of the UNCLEAN state of their hotel. The roof top restaurant advertised was like a bombsite with someones laundry strewn across the seats drying. and rubbish everywhere. There is an excuse for dilapidation but absolutely no mitigation for a bathroom filthier than a public restroom.

You can get a non AC, windowless ensuite double room for 750 rupees, or AC and windows for 1000 (with hot water). Rooms are clean, beds are fine, location is ideal (facing onto Princess Street, tourist info office, lots of bars/restaurants, 5 minute walk from Bus to Munnar.)

Stayed here for 1 night . This is a small hotel with all basic amenities however was hotel was quite neat and clean. The hotel has facilities like Wifi , Printout , Common Computer for small work etc. The best thing is its location i.e walking distance to the beach, Church , Dutch Cemetery and number of food joints nearby. I had booked the stay with breakfast which was duly arranged even thought the restaurant was not operative. The staff spl. the gentleman at reception was really friendly , understanding and co-operative. Really had great time during my stay. Regards Prateek VP Saini

We visited this place in January this year. This is as it says 'a budget hotel'. You have all basic amenities in place, clean and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is located on Princess street. One of the best place in Fort kochi. Very close to beach and biennale venue. A good experience overall.
