Reason For Rating : Very nice and quite place. Very clean and rooms are so nice. It's very close to princess street and Chinese fishing net, Vasco da Gama square. Really loved the place and would like to go back.

What's Good: For anyone and everyone who wishes to visit Fort Cochin, this is the place to stay. It is adjacent to the Bus Stand, from where the beach road and Princess Street is barely a 5 minute walk. The best part is that you get a direct bus to the airport as well as autos to to take you down to Muttonchery and other places of interest. The path to the hotel needs a slight makeover but once inside, you forget the outside. Impeccably finished with a great sense of design and decor. Rooms are compact, neat, comfortable with A class linen as is the small attached loo. Breakfast is not as lavish as perhaps some of the other hotels offer but enough to fill you and get you on the way. There are no fridge in the rooms nor is their a restaurant, but then those who visit Fort Kochin or Kerala should be enjoying the wonderful local cuisine rather than rating the in-house breakfast. If you guys are in a small group of 8-12 people, just take over the hotel. Murli at the front desk is very helpful and a pretty good guide for first timers in the city. Will go back and definitely stay in January 2017 for the next Bienalle.

What's Good: Small but clean hotel in Fort Kochi. Staff were helpful. For the price, it lacks things such as food (dinner/lunch) and room service.

Great hotel found them friendly room nicely decorated as is hotel. Air conditioning was a god send. Simple breakfast but adequate. Oraganised pay for backwater excursions were good price and went without a hitch. Highly recommend

Cute, quiet, clean, simple B&B operated by one of the countrys larger hotel chains, ABAD. We had expected more of a hotel type place, but it was much simpler, with no amenities other than breakfast, and in a quiet neighborhood a short walk off River Road. Quite close to most everything.

Wonderfull staff and the room is so nice and clean. Very nice and quiet lication in the central part of Fort Kochi very close to the sea. Breakfast is ok. Internet a bit unstable. No restaurant or bar at the hotel.

Not beach view. This is a small bed and breakfast concept.I think there is a total of 8 or 10 rooms.Restaurant not available, but they provided us with breakfast.Very expensive for what they offer.Rooms were neat.Non smoking rooms. For even water, you need to go out.Groceries are available in 100ms walking distance. Rooms dont have kettle and for satisfying my morning caffeine interest I walked atleast 2 kms because there was no good restaurant available within the budget and vicinity. I found this hotel super expensive for what they offer...they charged me 3800,if I remember correctly. For this much money I could easily get a 4 or 5 star abroad. The property is just a house converted to hotel concept which is in a space of 10 cents. No swimming pool, gym or restaurant.Good for bachelors, friends but cant be recommended for a family vacation.

I stayed here for a few nights and would recommend this hotel for its handy location and overall cleanliness. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They provide breakfast but no other meals and no bar. Breakfast is a pretty standard setup of fresh fruit salad with cereals also available, plus toast butter jam and omelette. Masala omelette wasn't available and the omelette itself was a bit oily but no real problem. The hotel is located close to a Kothakali traditional theatre show and also very close to a mosque. There was no loudspeaker call to prayer, although I was woken up by some low-volume chanting, but nothing too bad. When I returned to the hotel a few days later I was in a different room and don't recall that my sleep was disturbed as much, but there again my body clock was very much in Indian time by then. On the other hand, because the hotel is at the end of a small street, there is no traffic noise. The bedroom was of a reasonable size, and importantly was clean and everything worked. Wifi was included and was pretty stable. The hotel is a short walk to the Chinese Fishing Nets and the ferry, so is very handy. For a basic but comfortable stay I'd be happy to recommend it.
