This cosy place in the bylanes of Cochin made our trip next to perfect. With sumptuous breakfast and friendly hosts we felt at home. Since we visited after the floods we did not face any difficulty here. The place has not been affected by the floods. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It is also very accessible to the nearest historical places .

We stayed 4 nights here with the perfect of hosts, Mary, Patrick and their 2 daughters. The whole family made us feel very welcome. Their Homestay was very clean and comfortable with Mary providing delicious breakfast every morning. NO need to worry in Fort Cochin with the latest of reported flooding in Kochi as this area was NOT affected. The area is very safe to travel and ALL of the people and businesses would appreciate your visit to see their beautiful city. Come now while it is less crowded so you can appreciate the serenity.

We have stayed for two nights in this great place. The room was perfect and cleaned after a day. The owner and his relatives were really nice and they had a great and very large breakfast. One of the best we had in India! I have one point that can improve: we are a family of three (son of 13 years) and were we paid between 200 and 500 for an extra mattress every night. Here we had to pay here 1000 a night. That was in my opinion (Im Dutch ...) too much. But nevertheless: great place! Picture is from Fort Kochi. Very nice place for a couple of days.

From the warm welcome Patrick and his wife extended me in the wee hours of the morning, to helpful suggestions and a good breakfast, my stay here was quite cosy. I thoroughly enjoyed the magic of early monsoons this year from the balcony adjoining my room. The location is quite convenient at a 5-minute walking distance from the main Fort Kochi. Not a hassle at all since there are quaint shops and cafes you will stumble upon on your way there and back. The only thing I didnt quite appreciate is the host standing over me at the breakfast table, reciting sites and massage places I didnt want to visit. Then again, I dont blame him as he was only trying to be helpful; just a bit of finesse and subtle approach might help fix this. Overall, highly recommended.

We stayed with Patrick, Mary and the girls in April. We arrived very late having flown in from Delhi and they were most welcoming despite the late hour. In fact, that's the story of the stay as for four nights we had a lovely stay. We especially enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast with a superb range of flavours: nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. We felt very safe and secure at the Homestay and followed Patrick and Mary's recommendations on where to eat and visit. It really is possible to see how much time and effort has been invested by the family in making this a homestay 'not to be missed'. Lastly, Anthony the taxi driver and the family's friend is a reliable, caring fellow to show you around. Many thanks Martin and Family.
