Five of us, 3 adults & 2 kids had a wonderful break from the hectic, noisy, crowded, congested, city life of Bangalore. Friendly hosts, lots of warmth and attention, tales of Coorg and its people, delicious food, and quaint, picture-perfect accommodation, in a beautiful cottage with a wide verandah sit-out.. .. Stunning views, peace and calm, with the towns a short-haul drive away, lookout points nearby, pitch black skies, no light or sound pollution, just stars in a black sky, the hint of wild animals, flowers in abundance in the 3rd week of October. fragrance and freshness, in a Shangri-La of a getaway ! Thanks for looking after us all, Romila & Vijai.. Vaya Con Dios

We stayed here last year. Nice place in between coffee plantations. Very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are well managed. Ramola and Vijay are great hosts and are always there to make your stay a pleasant one.

This place is nature at its best. Away from the pollution and the chaotic city life. What a fantastic place to stay. The view from any room and outside is just breathtaking. I would say that if not the best .It should be close to the best place in Madapura. A very good experience with memories for life. Thanks a lot Ramola and Vijay!!

Amidst a huge coffee estate in the lap of nature;if you are tired of your city and its pollution; this is a perfect place to stay!!The hosts are warm hospitable people who make all efforts to enrich your experience; you get a first hand experience of coffee;its myriad aspects. The only disappointment is the frequent power cuts and network problem; which is unavoidable considering the remote location. Overall a home away from home!!

Bel home was for us like revisiting a genuine Indian coffee plantation in the 1920s: set in atmospherically beautiful gardens, the accommodation is a period gem, and Vijay and Remolla are the most caring and attentive hosts imaginable. The standard of cooking is superb, and the visit is worth getting off the beaten track alone for Vijays fascinating tour of the plantation. One of our best experiences in India.
