The cottages are big, neat and clean. Also, the bathrooms are huge. Rooms are very nicely done. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast and dinner was tasty. Praveen (Manager) was very particular about guest comfort. Also, they serve hot fresh coffee anywhere on the estate. The estate is very huge with lots of trees and 2 nice lakes. Pollution-free stay in the lap of nature. However, I found it a little over-priced.

The resort is located in middle of coffee plantation. The cottages are neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly and eager to serve. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very nice with plenty of options. Praveen ( Manager) was very particular about guest comfort and ready to help for any requirement needed specially travel with 2 small kids. Club house was also great with snookers, basketball and badminton courts.Overall perfect stay for weekend with family.

The place is very nice, kind of remembering what we miss in city. The plantations was nice. My kids loved it and they wanted to stay there longer. The service was awesome. The hospitality was awesome. Looking forward to go there soon.

One of the largest rooms (if you can call it that!) I have ever stayed in... and I have stayed in plenty. (In Mumbai, the size would be equal to a 1BHK... :-D). And the bathoom, am fairly certain, was the size of my bedroom back home. The coffee estate where the resort is, is spread over some 73 acres and is lovely, quiet and green. The coffee blossoms were just about to sprout and the spring flowers were blooming. It is a beautiful property if you like quiet, long walks. The estate offers a number of facilities to keep you entertained - from bicycles to snooker and billiards, from basketball and some board games, to just ambling along the paths, it does have options for a full family holiday. Doesnt have a bar, so carry your own if you want. Food was tasty, but in my mind needed more options. Was looking for good Coorg food, but didnt find that many options. Not the best season to go, perhaps ideal would have been to wait till post monsoon. The staff is friendly and warm.

When I read some of the previous reviews before booking this place, I noticed a policy that this estate management enforces on its patrons - leave your vehicles at entrance of the estate. I thought I could get myself exempted using my 2 yr old son and elderly parents as a legitimate excuse. But little did I know that they have planned everything so meticulously that you would never feel the need of any managing your own comforts. I would have booked a room if they had one to offer, but they only have cottages - a whole cottage to yourself and your group. In my case, i needed two rooms - one for me and my wife, and one for my parents. So they gave a cottages which only had as much. So we had a twin sharing cottage all to ourselves, and I noticed that other guests too were given the same consideration. The staff is quite young, and may not carry years of hospitality experience with them, but were nevertheless warm and helpful at every step. Be it room service, or the dining arrangement to recreation club house, the staff did try their best to connect with you at a personal level and cater to you. There were a few unpleasant (read: demanding) customers who expected a 5 star treatment at a plantation estate, and in my opinion were simply at the wrong place. If you want to get pampered, choose a Marriot or a Taj instead. There are a lot of do's and don'ts for this place, and I requested the estate manager to invest some time with each guest to educate them about the nuances of living in a plantation estate, simply because most patrons would have never lived in such an environment. Trust me, I could visit this place again even if I were alone. Simply arm myself with a good book and sit in the garden next to the
