What's Good: It is a 2 star hotel.

What needs to improve : Room, food, just a small sign board on the main road

Reason For Rating : The rooms are not good, the color combination should be improved.

We stayed at deluxe cottage and the experience was really wonderful. The landscape inside with palmtrees is beautiful. The staff were very warm and cordial, special mention to property manager Mr Jayakumar. The restaurant service was fast and good. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

  • Beautiful entrance 'n' nice staff

    by Neeket on

While entering through narrow road we were like "Shehhh, what we have booked..??" But when security opens main entrance then we were like "Wow, what a beautiful entrance" cruising between palm trees. Beautiful reception and landscape. Property manager "Jaykumar" and Receptionist "Saundarya" was so humble and intuitive. Only thing, Std. Villas are congested and feels little unattractive. Suggestion, book delux Villa which has more space. We had breakfast only and was satisfied. Not much options but whatever on the plate are tasty. Thanks, Jaykumar & Saundarya. Suggestion for "Palm Era" - 1. Tiny entry board not clearly visible so one can easily miss the turn. 2. You got beautiful palm trees around and little decorative lightings will cherish beauty of those appealing trees in night.

  • Stay amidst nature

    by sayonid on

We stayed in this resort for 2 nights. A good place to relax close to nature, away from city, with lots of trees around, smell of flowers and birds chirping. It has 2 cottage and 2 villa other than deluxe rooms which is in a different building. Badminton court is there for playing. Rooms are well maintained, our deluxe villa was comfortable with a sitting room with sofa, bathroom was clean. Hot water is available in tap used for bathing, in wash basin no provision of hot water. We ordered in room dining, veg chowmine tasted weird, chicken fried rice was average, Manchurian chicken and coorg chicken tasted good. Price of food is okay. But for booking of two persons, only one litre of complimentary water per day seems ridiculous, when asked for more, they charge extra. It's better to buy water from outside as they charge extra 10 rupees per 1 litre bottle plus 10% GST on total. Buffet breakfast has limited options, and mostly vegetarian South Indian dishes, omelette is available on request, but they should add some dishes from other regions also for the travellers from all over the India. Behaviour of staff is good, service is quick.
