We really enjoyed our stay here in the peace and quiet of the Coorg hills. We stayed in one of the cottages and had a peaceful, relaxing time. The setting is lovely and the food is good-we enjoyed the communal meals with staff and other guests. The staff gave us interesting insights into life on this organic plantation and were a mine of information on the local wildlife and vegetation. A highlight was the trek over the local hills.Highly recommended

Fine and worthwhile organisation. Stayed in one of tents which is a good walk into the forest, surrounded in trees and very active birds the whistling thrush was particularly entertaining. Excellent walks in the beautiful hills. Very enjoyable to sit around together for meals

We finished our whirlwind trip of Kerala and Kanartaka in this beautiful gem of a place. It felt very removed from the rest of the world but was conveniently only about 20 minutes to Madikeri. We loved the nature walk and enjoyed watching the ginger/tumeric washing process. Overall the meals were great and we enjoyed chatting with the staff and other guests. The room met all our needs and we loved exploring the property ( the badminton court is a plus!). It was a little more expensive than what we had been paying (as 20 something backpackers) but it was totally worth it and it was great to see all the conservation work they are doing. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in one of the the basic cottages for a few nights and could have stayed much longer. The property is gorgeous, the food was amazing and plentiful, and every staff member was super smart, interesting, and helpful. It rained almost the entire time we were there, but we were still able to get a couple of really beautiful (and informative) hikes in and see some cool animals. The birds alone that you see and hear are simply breathtaking. I would love to return someday and would highly recommend staying here.

If you want to stay completely disconnected to your city life then this is the place to be. You wont get mobile network but you do get a wifi connection for a couple of hours in the afternoon. This the closest you can be to nature while having all the basic amenities you would need for a healthy stay. You get to stay in few cottages inside a 20+acre rainforest area. Food is amazing. But coming to the main attraction of the place - This place is a heaven for macro photographers. You get to see some of the most beautiful frogs endemic to western ghats. Dont miss out on a herping trip with Abhi. Recommended stuffs to carry for macro photography enthusiasts : Anti leech socks, citronella oil, raincoat, full sleeve shirts/tshirts, hiking headlamps for herping at night
