What's Good: we felt it was too pricey, 2700 per room, and the website didn't have a clear description of how the hotel was. Also while using one of the rooms the faucets did not work. They charged for water which is kinda free in most of the hotels. When called before they said the campfire was 300 Rs, but while checking out they asked us 500 Rs, we had to bargain to reduce the amount. the overall experience is kinda poor, we expected more for the amount we paid.

The cottages that we got was nice and clean. The place is very quiet and is surrounded by greenery. For a budget hotel, this was a good deal. The food was quite nice too. The staff was too pleasant to interact with and co-operative

After a tiring day, thankfully found this nice place to stay. We literally said to ourselves, he the almighty looks upon when you are in trouble. The owner Ganapathi was a soft spoken and kind to interact with person. The staff was too pleasant to interact with and co-operative. Arranged for a quick bonfire though we did not inform about the plan in advance. These small small points make you feel awesome as a guest :) Keep it up team. Look forward to stay again with you guys, good luck!! -Swaroop

It was an awful experience staying in this hotel and it was too difficult to reach this hotel. I booked this hotel for 2 days but I checked out the same day. There are no basic ammenities like dustbin , light and water in the toilet. The food was terrible but thankfully the market was open and we could get our dinner. They don't have a spa ,swimming pool and gym which they have given on net. We asked for extra bed and they gave that bed but it was on the floor and mattress also ,they only gave a blanket .the room was invaded by coakroaches and it was not worth money. So please don't stay in this hotel infact never.

The rooms aren't maintained properly and there was dust everywhere. The electric outlets were blown. There were so many insects in the room like flies, cockroaches, flying cockroaches etc. The furniture there is also of low quality wherein the handles of the drawers are broken and even for the small storage space, the door was of it's hinges. The breakfast which is complementary is not great and the eating area or "restaurant" as they call it is on top of a swimming pool with filthy water with fish in it. And most importantly is that this place is located on the Mangalore highway and hence is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing around this place at all. Ad it was a pain to acquire transport which when acquired with the help of the hotel staff, turned out to be quite expensive. The stay was very unpleasant and very inconveniencing and I really did not enjoy a moment of my stay over there.
