What's Good: The best thing about the place was the staff. They were always helpful and courteous and willing to help the best they could. The property is simple but beautifully green. Some of the lawns weren't mowed though and I would have preferred more yellow lighting in the restaurant. The food service was slow but that's because all the food was cooked fresh to order. So one would just have to order a little in advance. Nothing fancy with the food but it was tasty and fresh, homely food. The room we stayed in was very unique. It was a single cottage but the decor inside was a tent. The three beds were big and the bathroom was clean. However, the room hadn't been used for a while it seems and there was a dusty, mouldy odour to the room as we first walked in, which dissipated during our stay and with a little ventilation. My only big complaint was that the mattresses need to be replaced with new ones and the bed linen needs to be either washed thoroughly or changed. So the experience was a bit rougher than we expected but on the whole, we were comfortable and the very hospitable staff made the stay warmer. All in all, nice but could be a lot better.

What's Good: Experience is good with the staff and everyone. but, it is expensive for economic travelers like me..

The people, food and resort. The resort has perfect location. I personally loved the pool. The hospitality of the staff is really good. They keep you busy throughout your stay, it shows that they are concerned about their guest. Would surely like to visit again. Thankyou

The worst resort I have ever visited . I'm frequent visitor to Jim Corbett and the experience with this resort was pathetic. Staffs are not at all good and nothing was proper, started from electric to restaurant and food everything was worst .the very boring place I have ever seen . Don't go there and cheated. Try other hotels in CORBETT apart from this one . They don't care about their Customers but they do care about their money for sure . The hotel rooms are worst and like never used since decade . Thanks .

We were close to 25 people and had selected for tent accommodation. The thing which impressed us immediately was that unlike many other resorts in and around Ramnagar, tents here were not permanent structures. They were put up in the garden the day we reached. Staff is really very helpful and they serve you good simple yet delicious and healthy food. The Kosi river is just behind the resort which is a big positive for almost all resorts located on this road. The entire stay was really comfortable and pocket friendly.

A Completely no frills property. Clean Rooms & bathrooms with beautifully landscaped surroundings. We stayed in the stand alone cottages. No TV , No phone, No room service . Beautiful location , Nothing much to do but enjoy the company of friends & nature and Read. The kosi river is accesible directly from the property , by hiking down a narrow path. The resort itself is not really on even ground, so not recommended for people who cant walk strong. We had a campfire on the last night, which was amazing. Lots of potential in the property but really crappy service , so you need to really make food arrangements otherwise. Step out & there are quite a few dhaba's at a walking distance, unless you are ok to order dinner at 8pm and maybe get served at 11.30pm. The caretaker is a good , helpful guy but needs to be more organised. Random chaos in the name of service. Stay here if you get a good budget deal. Its a short stay lovely experience. For amazing food dont forget to visit the shaan-e-kumaon dhaba a short walk away.
