We stayed in the hotel for 4 days.It was a good staying. The location of the hotel slightly far from the central part of the city and 5min walking distance from Darjeeling railway station. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom were equipped with all the modern amenities. Some of the rooms are attached with balcony from where the scenic beauty can be enjoyed. The food in restaurant was little bit costly. The propiter of the hotel MD. S. Khan is a good human being.Only the service of the house keeping department of the hotel is below average where they need to improve a lot.Otherwise I recommending this for a comfortable stay.

We stayed for 2 days and it was aweful. The food was horrible, the room was so small and conjested. The blanket was like bought from local roadside. The quality of hotel was seriously low.The staff had no hospitality and etiquettes. It was like we rented a cheap room. There were no toiletries provided and kitchen service was horrible. No food was provided apart from breakfast and dinner in room even on chargable basis. The breakfast had strictly one cooked dish only. The bread provided was stale. There were serious hygiene issues in the whole building even though they claim it's a new property. The plates and utensils were like bought second hand and dirty.Plz don't book this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

So we landed up in Darjeeling unplanned and while we looking for not so expensive or luxurious hotels, we came across this hotel. Its totally worth the money you spend. Rooms are huge (yes a bit smelly probably cos they are not used frequently) but the staff did give us room sprays and after which it was alright. Staff wasn't the most courteous but again that's attributed to the lack of training imparted to them. Bfast was pretty good though with limited options. View from the hotel terrace was very good, and if you got lucky you could see Kanchenjunga :). The other plus is its fairly centrally located and the station is located within 5 mts walk.

We stayed here for one night. The staff is pretty laid-back with no decency or courtesy. The food is good . However, in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and basic facilities , this hotel lacks a lot. The room was not upto the mark when we were being allotted . The chairs were not clean or the bathroom was also completely wet. Hence these basic things which we take for granted were not properly handled . The view is exquisite from the balcony but due to the construction work going on just adjacent to the hotel, the sight gets ruined. Moreover, the voices coming from the nearby construction continues to disturb if you want to sleep in afternoon. It is strictly a budget hotel when all the other hotels are completely booked then you can stay here for a day..

We checked in on 8th july. It s a rainy season there.. as soon as i entered the hotel.. i got ill due to the Terrible smell in hotel..we tried to get another but left with no option.. when u r into a customer service industry you need to find ways to make it better every other day.. when u r seeing ur customer is not comfortable u should do something to make him feel better.. when asked about the smell.. he was only interested in showing the yarian movie hero pic with him misguiding us that he lived in his hotel.. but the fact was it was taken on mall road of darjeeling.. zero maintenance.. zero service.. we stayed for 2 nights.. called reception for some room service.. literally there was nobody anytime available.. zero food taste and quality.. zero decor. Zero cleanliness of room and balconies... zero management.. couldnot have evn a single meal in the hotel.. 2 nyts were like hell.. i was inside my room throughout the time we were in hotel.. only my room number 1004 was ok than every other room of hotel.. if anytime i opened the door for evn a minute it ws difficult for me to evn breathe.. A big no to this hotel.. dont go for any budget hotel if going darjeeling.. it shall result to serious mess and mood spoil.. This i m writing to save ur money and awakening the hotel people to try to find a solution for it..
