Excellent Hotel with spacious rooms with balcony which provides magnificent views. Special thumbs up for the team inside the restaurant for delicious food. Our students group stay was excellent. Special Thanks to Mr. Abishek Giri for his great support and Cooperation

The tea was cold . When I ordered two sandwiches, they joined both of them and then gave. Food was horrible. Had to walk up and down from the resort to the parking lot. Staff was humble but non coordinated.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel with family. We booked two deluxe room at 2nd floor. Views from rooms are marvellous. As it is situated at the top of the hill of near by mail road, the views are spectacular from this hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is so so. Not enough buffet item in breakfast but still ok. Food quality need to be improved more. Never suggest aged person or who has cardio problem in this hotel as the slope to reach the hotel is very high and sharp. Overall experience is not bad.

This property was a school & now converted into a resort .They made me change the room thrice in 24 hrs of stay .The staff is humble but not professional at all .It was a terrible stay .They charged me almost 8.5 k a night while Ramada was charging 3.5 k .The food was disaster as well & on the top of it my cellphone went missing from my room suddenly .I would recommend to stay miles away from this property .

We stayed in Sian from 29 Mar - 1st Apr 2018. It's quite a steep climb to the hotel from the parking lot & i think old people may find it pretty tough. But once there the ambience of the place is good, esp. the sitting place outdoors. We were very lucky to get wonderful views of the Kanchenjunga on two consecutive days. The family rooms on the top floor given on the first day were v spacious & had a beautiful balcony & fantastic views, but it was very cold too as it was a corner room and thus open to the wind. Also, the hotel had a water problem that day & we ended up with rationed water for the night, which was quite upsetting. The next day, however, after the crowd left, the management gave us 2 lovely rooms on a lower floor, which had lovely views & also hot, running water throughout the day :-). The breakfast buffet had limited dishes but the made-to-order eggs & parathas were delicious. The housekeeping staff are friendly & do their best to make you comfortable. There is a TT table & it was a good option to keep the kids occupied while it was raining. Would have given it a 3.5, if there was an option. The only reason of the lower score is because of the unavailability of water for nearly 12 hours :-(. Otherwise it's a good hotel for families.
