A BIG disappointment, never expected such standard from a hotel as it claims.Need to learn what is hospitality.

Checked In at 27th Nov 2019:-
Myself (Indian),wife and 2 sons (8years and 6 years)are Polish national on OCI status.
Welcome drink served to 3 of us, one left out, after asking same got served.
Tea maker set is present with all tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets (but not kettle)
When asked for the kettle ,it arrived(asked for the reason, was educated that the room just got ready-for my opinion, if room is not ready why to release in haste???)
After getting the kettle,we discovered there was no cup too, same had been asked and got the same.
Room provided for family ,but has only one bath towel, no hand towel, after asking received the same.
The room looks good but too cold, heater is not effective ,untill we sit beside it.
Bathroom has fungal growth marks in the ceiling and around.
We are in a MAP plan ,while check in had been educated that breakfast is a buffet and dinner will be served as a la carte. The scenario at dinner was quite different ,we were surprised to see the dinner served as buffet with all Indian and few Indian Chinese dishes.
All the dishes were spicy, for my wife and kids, on request Szechuan noodle got changed for my kids as Hakka noodle(as they are kids and dont eat spicy food),rest we had too struggle,I requested the restaurant Incharge,if anything can be done for my wife, but got no response. My wife was feeling the spice.Guess what no water served to us, we were almost going to finish our dinner. After asking twice we received a bottle of water(chargeable) .
Chicken served(chatpata chicken),was found raw and tough,2 nos drumstick piece. All I left on the plate, shown the same to the restaurant personnel ,and asked him to show to the Chef.
God knows what will be 28th Nov 2019 breakfast, asked for the breakfast menu, but was unable to let us know.
Me and my wife we both are hospitality personnel .
I used to be the Executive Chef for Mayfair Darjeeling around 2010,2011
Executive Chef and F&B Operation The Retreat by Zuri ,Sikkim.
Executive Chef, Club Mahindra Varca Beach ,Goa
Executive Chef,Swiggy Kolkata .
We understand hospitality, but the very basic is missing, I feel ashamed infront of my wife, what we have done for our guests at hotels and where hospitality had came down when we became customer.Does Summit Swiss heritage resort and spa serves Indians only???she described it as racism.
We booked much in advance through booking.com ,there was no pre arrival call from the hotel end.
We were even thinking to increase our stay for a night more as per our extended schedule, but very sorry not in this hotel.
We are to check out on 29th Nov 2019, and guess what ,we were asked to pay full amount during our check in, is it not a usual process during check out time????
