On our way back from Karwar, we stayed overnight in this place. The rooms were very good (as good as a business class 3 star hotel) and the dining hall was also spacious with good choice of food. The quality of food too was good. We had a good time.

It is a nice resort type hotel & comes to help when you are on a nice & long road trip. This comes on the Bangalore Mumbai route & a good halt. I visited this place last year for tea & snacks & liked the place, so decided to stay overnight this last month on my return from Mumbai. One major problem that we faced was insects attracted to the lights in the room & all around the resort, including in the restaurant areas. We had to keep only 1 light close to the entrance of the room to keep the insects away from the bed area. Maybe some kind of fogging will help, but a solutions has to be found, this isn't a open area where we stay & have to accept all this. Otherwise, the place is nice, calm, very relaxing.

The staff are clueless and arrogant, typical of Davangere people. Be careful when you eat here, the food could be infested with house flies since there are many poultry farms near by. You could be carrying swine flu or fly related diseases with you after visiting this place, hence avoid eating in davangere district, especially highway...

Located on the Bangalore Mumbai highway near Davangere. It's easily visible from the highway. It's also nearby to the Davangere town. The Resort was large enough and offered very spacious rooms. The restaurant area was decent enough. The open space outside the rooms for a quiet stroll is something we liked a lot. We had chosen this resort as a pit stop to spend the night on our way to Goa. The only "not so great" about the resort was the swimming pool. While the pool itself is well maintained but there was no one to provide us with swimming towels. I had asked the reception person repeatedly for swimming towels. The housekeeping people were clueless as to why I am asking for extra towels for swimming pool. Its a common practice at all resorts to keep separate towels for rooms and the pool. Anyways other than that one small glitch we liked everything else about the hotel. I would for sure recommend this resort for others.
