This hotel could do with a Woman's touch to improve it, it was fully staffed by men, so was functional rather than homely. The bed was large but very firm, and local dogs barking through night meant ear-plugs were required

Its located in centre of city ..everything is approchable ...rooms are very comfortable ..suits are big and they arrange for extra beddings ...you get market and ghat side view from suite..other rooms are also good ... warm n welcoming staff specially Mr Dixit and Ms Anita who immediately caters too your need and even other staff was good from electrician to servers ... Main issue is with food ..not at all tasty ..if u have not opted for breakfast option then you will not be provided food in room .. They need to increase staff in peak season ..need to strongly improve food quality .. in breakfast they served bhatura with aloo kee sabzi, seriously need to work upon menu and pathetic chef .... There roof top resto and music is best place to relax anytime of day ...

I booked the hotel directly for 2 nights and stayed with my family for four nights.. extended my stay accordingly .. they served me with complimentary bonfire and excellent food quality .. Location must say is the best around mcleodganj. Will recommend this to all my fellow friends.

I got to know of this hotel both from my searches in Tripadvisor as well as a friend, when I was looking at a hotel in Mcleodganj for a weekend family getaway; both seemed to concur that this is the best hotel in the heart of Mcleodganj. So I called the hotel for a booking that required both an early check-in as well as a late check-out; to my surprise both the MD - Mr. Rishab Dixit and The Manager Mr. Dixit [don't know his first name] were really helpful in agreeing for a great price including all taxes and complimentary breakfast for a suite room for four of us. Hotel staff were very kind in general and even sent a staff to collect and drop our baggage from and to the Bus stand in Mcleodganj[200 meters from the Hotel itself]. The best part about our stay was the connectedness of this hotel to the rest of the places of visit for tourism in Mcleodganj. The rooms are neat and tidy and the house-keeping is great. The taxi stand is right opposite to the hotel & that makes your travel within and around, that much hassle free. Everything and I mean everything seem to be opposite to this hotel! and it is a great place to plan your trip to Mcleodganj and Dharmashala.
