What's Good: There is no chance of improvement because it is situated at very congested place. There is no proper ventilation as well as lighting. Food quality worst .

What's Good: Excellent property with good food and services. Parking is also easily available.

What's Good: Over exaggerated property. Services were below the standard considering the amount paid. No balconies which should have been must in a property like this. No mirrors in room. room service stops at 10:30 pm .... I might not stay there if I plan to visit Mclodegunj again.

We did not have a particularly good start having to change rooms after water was leaking from the toilet - which the staff member mopped up with a guest towel! Our new room was cleaner than the initial one but the water was at best tepid. The room was cold and having only single glazing. noisy as it backs on to a noisy street market / through road. Breakfast was a sad affair with little choice - dinner however was good. There were renovations taking place when we visited so fingers crossed for the future, it may actually live up to its branding of "Contemporary Luxury"!! And please - stop asking for feedback, it was relentless.

Staff were very helpful and really prompt when requests were made. Hotel was clean and surroundings had an interesting Tibetan market. Hotel had a good view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good spread

We were booked for a super deluxe room at this hotel. During check in, they upgraded us to a premium room which is good. Only to find out that the premium room had twin beds. The reaction of the staff was that they will join it together. As we were only there for a day, we let that go. Dinner which was included in our package was served to the room. This is a great gesture. We ordered for a fresh lime and it was served in a cracked glass. The reaction to this was that I will change the glass for you. We ordered Asian cuisine for dinner which was not very nice. We let all this go and were about to leave in the morning, when, the reception stopped us after we were seated in our car. They mentioned that the house keeping staff informed them that there is a missing cushion in our room. I was seated at the reception for around 15 minutes post check out and they did not search then. After another 10 minutes, they called and told the reception that they have found the cushion. This was a horrible check out experience. The staff should be taught on at least taking feedback or listening to the customer.

I had stayed there for 2 Nights. Located on top side. Dalai Lama Temple is just at walkable distance. Ambience and Food was too good. Shopping streets are also at walkable distance. Rooms are spacious enough. Luxury rooms I must say. Service was prompt. Only the thing is parking is not available. You have to pay parking charges downside. But apart from this , best hotel and service , food was nice. Restaurant is lavish one.
