What's Good: The food is really delicious. I liked it's fooding. I took every meal with great interest.
What needs to improve : I don't like the cleaning of the hotel. The housekeeping stuff are not so good. The floor of the room is not cleaned with water by the stuff. The bathroom door was really in bad condition. The soap foam is still there in the door.

I had visited last week on 15th July for 1 night. The room given is # 301, fairly decent room with all modern amenities & textures.,except mini bar. The room is facing the road. The food is nice, the staffs are also well behaved. Sujit is the person wanted to highlight among them. The bathroom is a bit small. I think the hotel has shortage of staffs as the dinner was supposed to be delivered @ 10pm, but got delayed by 45 minutes, but was served hot. Overall a good experience for me.

I stayed in room no. 201, although a road side Hotel with No view at all. Beach is in walking distance , being roadside commutation would be easier, AC works well , food quality is average. Breakfast variety is limited and seating arrangement has a problem in peak timing of breakfast. Power back up is there. Wifi work well. Lift is there . Other than this there is NO other frills. Price wise high , there are other much reasonable options available. Far from old digha. Has limited parking inside. No swimming pool. Food prices are on the higher side. Better eat out and even bring your own water bottle and beverage from outside. No fridge inside room. Certainly June month is NOT advisable to travel in this place.

I checked in this hotel last week with my family for 2 days, Room's are clean, Beds are big, attached balcony and small garden for kids with few rides. Breakfast buffet usually the same like other hotels, food taste is average. Now the points which need to be improved when we checked in this hotel we get to know that there is no dormitory room's for drivers now it's been difficult to find a place, Room Service is too slow they take minimum 2 hrs to place your order, Most of the items are not available and kitchen get close between 10:30pm to 11pm . So you need to place your order before that. A part from that our stay was fine.

The worst experience of staying in a hotel. The worstly unmanaged and pathetic hotel. We had booking for two superior rooms with breakfast for a night at this hotel. When we reached the hotel, we were provided only one room and the other room was not ready only. The second room was given to us after 1 hr 30 mins. The other room which the hotel staff claimed was ready didn't have the intercom telephone working. Couldn't order food because of that and went to the restaurant and to our surprise no table was free. We came back to room then also the intercom was not working. Finally took help of a staff and from his mobile could call the restaurant and order food. The food took a lot many time to be served in the room. All of this disgusting mismanagement of the hotel caused a delay of almost 2 hrs before we could settle down properly in the hotel. In the night we ordered dinner to our room, luckily then the intercom was working, but the dinner was served after 1 hr 30 mins. The service was so quick that we almost forgot that we had ordered our dinner!!!! A total unprofessional attitude was shown by the staff after that when we asked them to clean the room after dinner. The receptionist told me that you could keep all the stuff with your own hand outside your room. Totally disgusting. After reminding them that I am a guest then they sent a person to clean our room. Then on the next morning comes the turn of our so called complimentary breakfast. The restaurant and buffet was highly inadequate to accommodate it's guests and refiling the buffet layouts took hell lot of a time. One has to wait for so long for the foods to be refilled. When food items were refilled, you will not find either glasses or plates or bowls or cutleries. Corn flakes we're kept however the hotel staff didn't feel like providing milk. The hotel room sizes are very different, it's smaller than what it looks in the pictures on net. The liquid soap and shampoo provided in the washrooms were highly diluted and of very substandard quality. The location of the hotel is not good. It's little far from the beach and you could find better hotels near to the beach. Overall a pathetic and bad experience. One travels to destress himself but coming to this hotel on holidays has added to my stress level. Bottom line: the hotel has inadequate staff, the staff doesn't know their jobs and they are untrained. They don't have a slightest sense of professionalism. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
