We stayed here on 29th April'18. We are regular visitor of Digha, generally we stay at J.P Resort but this time due to unavailability at J.P we checked in at Jairam. Its an ordinary hotel with just bed and nothing else on service part. Complimentary breakfast even so ordinary that not to be mentioned. The room charges at J.P and Jairam are almost same but in terms of room, service, amenities, breakfast, etc J.P is 10 times far more better then Jairam. Anyway,me and my family was absolutely not satisfied with the type of hotel Jairam.

We stayed in a triple bed room on 4th. floor having two balconies, one of which was sea facing with excellent view. The room was spacious having all modern furnitures, a refrigerator & a Daikin split A.C. The service was good with all amenities nearby. The maintenance of this beautiful property is below average . Hot water is not available , may be due to poor maintenance of the solar cells. Food was moderate. They have a nice elevator , so choosing a room on upper floor for elderly people shall not be a problem.

I had booked most costly room but when i checked in on that time front-office staff told me that your breakfast is complementary but next day morning one service person told me that breakfast are not include your pkg. Housekeeping was poor. No concept of evening check.But food was very good.

A big and new hotel. It looks so.The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Food in the restaurant was very good and the prices are reasonable. Options in the complimentar breakfast need to be increased. Overall a fine stay for me

The hotel itself is not that bad - rooms were decent enough, you can have full view of sea from few rooms and can glance the sea from few other rooms. However this advantage is totally negated by the attitude the hotel manager (with mustache) and their so called CEO possess (i didn't find him CEO material anyways). They made our life just miserable with the greed of money. Only thing that was left for me was to call the police - i was so pissed-off with them. However due to time constraints, had to accept their greedy demands. We took 2 rooms and the manager had allowed us to stay till 11 am - that's appreciable (we went there on Thursday so less guests, manageable for them). The main scene they created was at time of check out - we were having a 3 years kid so in error few drops of his oral medicine fell there accidentally. It was clearly visible the stain will get over with a wash, still the manager and his useless CEO insisted us to pay INR 800/- for the damage. We paid by card INR 600/- and took the bed sheet with us to check if the claims by the manager is really true- however with a mild wash, the stain went. The manager was telling lies left and right - i wanted Non AC room due to sore throat - he told hotel is entirely AC, the very next day - during checkout he was offering Non AC room to the bachelors at much lesser price. The hotel is good, however its their manager and the CEO who are playing games with the tourists - which is not in proper spirits. The manager is very arrogant, as if he owns the hotel, however that off the CEO is even worst - he shouts like anything !! I called up their Kolkata office today to return their stainless bed sheets and to take my money they wrongly took - however the staffs here are equally pathetic and the lady told the hotel office has shifted to Digha so nothing she can assist with except bookings (lol). Enter this hotel at your own risk - the deadly duo over there are waiting to give you unpleasant shocks during checkouts for sure - I faced such unprofessional staff for the 1st time ever while staying in any hotel.
