What needs to improve : Highly untidy and dirty room with bath shower not working. Room lights not getting Off. We had to sleep in full light as the light switches were not working

Clean..buget hotel near to the Sea Beach...offers excellent quality food.Staffs are polite and helpful.Room Service is good but is late in delivering you the service.For anything you order,they run to the nearest store to get it...even for a bottle of sprite.But apart from that you can always have a good stay at this hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Kanchan International for only 1day in a deluxe AC room. The room quality is not so impressive. In my opinion it is a good budget hotel at Digha. Quality of rooms are average. The front desk or reception is nicely designed. Staffs behaviour are also good. Provided good quality of foods with reasonable price. By the way restaurant should be more improved. I am quite impressed with service which were they provided.

A most worst hotel experience in my life. Dirty floor and bathroom. Staff are very rude. Room service is too bad. They take high rate on spot booking & commission was there for broker like local people & van wala. No value for money.

the hotel don't have any seating arrangement for check-in and check-out time in the reception area.there are some sofa and chairs in a place next to reception area but unfortunately, there is no a.c, no fan, so that you don't wait there for your train after checking out at 10 am in morning.really, we had a terrible experience there....an overpriced hotel. paying 3000 rupees per day for a small a.c room is a complete waste of money and you won't be able to see the sea-beach from your hotel room or balcony.what you'd get to see is shops and garbage littered all over the road.they won't even let you use their wi-fi.washroom is small and they don;t clean it on regular basis.overall it was a most humdrum experience. oh yes!!...one more thing.their staffs and receptionists are enough arrogant and ill-mannered to make your stay terrible.they even don't have any seating arrangement for check-in and check-out time in the reception area.there are some sofa and chairs in a place next to reception but unfortunately, there is no a.c, no fan, so that you don't wait there for your train after checking out
