What's Good: Hotel was good. Specially staff was good ad facilities was good there.but distance from beach was more then 800 meters that was quite far.

from price point of view this hotel is very good as all basic anemities were available in this hotel and also had a mini bar .rooms were bigger than expected and facilitated more than expectation.services were satisfying.healthy stay.

terrible hotel, careless staff, wrong perception, this is just a big building, quality services are worst. specially manager subashish shah who is a vendor 3rd party booking agent. beware of him. they cheat people

Interior and exterior are not that attractive.. Average hotel to stay. Cost is slightly more than the same type of hotels around there. Hotel is slightly far from the beach. But the manager/staffs are helpful, polite and very nice host. The foods are delicious there. Quality, quantity, taste -- I can't say a word against these.

Door lock issue (very difficult to lock and unlock), dirty room wall, closed balcony with ac hot air vent out (don't know why they made it) The balcony was hot as hell due to AC vent out located inside the balcony, Room is stuffy and smelly, house keeping is worst (cockroaches here and there) can't able to sleep inside the hotel due to the menace. Took standard AC room and the AC was not working complained and asked for room change (officials said not possible seems like a readymade answer). The AC was never repaired and left with stuffy and hot room during the whole stay in hotel. Friends never ever visit the hotel if you don't want to get bad expereience in Digha. I suffered a lot and brought a very bad experience when I left the hotel... Hotel associations of India please cancel their license.. Arijit Ghosh (stayed in 16-03-2014 to 17-03-2014).

Since it was a holiday season may be that's why the price were a bit high. My room was on the first floor. 1 bedroom with attached balcony with a view towards the main road to the station. Location to the beach was a walking distance of a maximum of 10 mins and to station was a maximum of 20 mins by walking. The food was good. But the overall cleanliness was not there. The clean bed sheets had lot of soil marks. The room walls were also not clean. The room was pretty small compared to the price. I was forced to ask to change the bed sheet and pillow cover after entering the room and that too twice. I had to ask for clean towel. Only one was provided for 2 people. I was also forced to ask for toiletries and mosquito repellent. Those were not provided. The WiFi signal was too low for my battery to servive. So I was not able to use internet which was included in the amenities. The glasses provided for drinking water were also not clean. Cleanliness is A must have and that was missing. The sofa handles of reception looked to be soiled for ages. I need to think about other available options before I recommend this hotel.
