A good property to stay in Jaldapara National Park. Surrounded with Lush Green Forest(Khoerbari Forest) and Tea Garden, the property is itself a niche as far as the location is concerned. And top of all the food is excellent. Feels like pretty much home made. The staffs are well behaved and decent. Service is excellent. Would highly recommend for jungle lovers. Cheers.

An old age retreat for around 2 days is something I would describe this as. Not much to do in the resort itself except relax. There is a nice garden, rooms are spacious. Little maintenance is required, but other than that its a nice stay. Fooding is charged separately, but its not costly. You will get Bengali food - veg and non veg. You can go to nearby forests if you feel like during the day time.

The only advantage of this place is scenic surroundings(tea garden). That's it, do not expect anything else. Dirty carpets and mattress, no tv in room, no wifi, and very basic food(but tasty). While insects are expected in such areas, some basic hygiene steps should have been taken by the management to ensure that atleast the dining hall is free of it. I also have to catch a frog in my room and throw it out. Also the location is remote, pretty far from Jaldaparra forest gate. Not suitable for families and small kids. Backpackers may enjoy.

It was a mind blowing experience.. We just visited acacia a month ago.the best resting place in jaldapara.the resort is surrounded by tea garden and dense forest by all sides.you can enjoy the sound of cool breeze and sweet melodies of birds around.and the food ohh there is no word to express the flavour of the food.yammy and tasty..and the safari of jaldapara is far more interesting than other visiting sight.and one of the most amazing safari is chilapota forest safari.the dense forest will sure to create goosebumps..i would recomend each nature loving person to visit acacia and dooars once of there life time. Also add some pics for better understand..

We stayed in this resort near Jaldapara National Park from 20-22 Dec,2016 in 2 Standard Rooms. Rooms were sufficiently large with clean attached western toilets but no geyser. But to compensate that, the staff provided us with hot water buckets at no extra charge. Rooms were very clean during our check in. They have huge glass windows with beautiful views of the adjoining tea gardens & forest. We were told that the Deluxe Rooms were fitted with geysers and they are going to fit them in the Standard Rooms as well... Another huge plus for this resort is their food. We were served with traditional Bengali style food prepared with vegetables grown in their own organic garden. It was of very good standard and the taste was simply mouthwatering. I don't remember having so much of Sabzi anywhere else outside home. Price of food is a little bit costlier but it really is worth it. Service of the hotel boys were prompt & good. Now, the resort is located far from the hustle bustle of Madarihat town. So it's a necessity to have a car at disposal. Overall a very nice experience... Fully recommended.
