What's Good: The facility is well maintained and food is good.
What needs to improve : The internet facility is not available in rooms. The network is only available in lounge and that too is very slow. However it seems to be provider issue as even Vodafone data card did not work as expected.

What's Good: Excellent value for money! Good property, good rooms. The waiters and staff were very courteous and this made up for the fact that they were not very well trained. The local non vegetarian dishes were very good but the vegetarian fare (my wife is a vegetarian) was a let down. Overall, a very nice experience, especially considering the discounted room rates!

I will give a very honest review starting from the route till the end of the journey:- Total number of travelers, My wife, my 3.5 year old son and myself. 1. Travelling from Mumbai, please make a note of the route on paper and don't trust Google Maps as it will confuse you till the end. 2. Resort is very close to the beaches ONLY if you have your own car. 3. The food... No comments but I will certainly request the resort to change the chef. There are lots of places nearby where you can get decent food of your choice. Try Krishna restaurant. 4. If you want alcoholic drinks please carry enough stock with you or you will end up paying 3 times more. 5. Main swimming pool is good but kids pool is horribly dirty. 6. Recreational room is very good enough place for adults and children. 7. If you are travelling to Abhishek beach with your family then be prepared to be admired by locals and leaches. There are beaches in the range of 3-4 kms which are clean and good, try out those. 8. Make sure you do all the water and flying activity, its really fun Overall it's a decent resort and the place is also good but needs improvement. Just a last point that the Hotel does has WIFI but only in the lobby and notin the rooms :D

An average hotel with decent rooms, good facilities and food however the entrance and main foyer is not very attractive as per star rating. best part of the hotel is it's proximity to the Ganapati temple and location on main road. One can go walking in ten minutes and take an autorickshaw back for 60/- or a uphill hike to shed some extra weight; worst part zero WiFi in rooms and poor TV quality hence price @4.5K not fit for the amenities provided. Charges for additional items are also very high. Finally the staff is very dumb, unprofessional, unhelpful and require training. Overall an OK place to stay if you have the

I had requested Roshan the club mahindra rep to help me get a room where there is a lift since I am physically challenged.Since the studio apartments does not have a lift , I was upgraded to a 1bhk. This I BHK was fantastic , the best place I have ever stayed in a hotel. There are only 4 apartments in each floor, so you can make out how big they are. Must be around 1000 sqft. What was fascinating was the windows 25-30 ft long in each room overlooking the surrounding hills with a distant view of the sea. The sea is about a km from the hotel , one of its backdrops. But the view of the surrounding hills is as fascinating and makes up for it. The pool area which is surrounded by the studio apartments looks beautiful and is well landscaped . But the restaurant and lobby looks a trifle sad, more because of its bland lighting and sad upholstery. A small expenditure here can change the feel of the place. The breakfast spread is basic but enough and well priced. The food is also not so expensive as many reviews make it out to be.There are few guys working in the hotel but they are efficient with smiling faces. We had a wonderful time.

We visited this place a week back for 3 nights stay. Check-in process was smooth, though no welcome drinks were served like other Club Mahindra Resorts and leading hotels. Rooms are spacious with a nice balcony/sit-out. We had a Studio room which provided beautiful views of lush green garden and the pool. However the accessories provided were not at all upto mark and for everything you need to call the housekeeping. I would rather say any standard 3 star hotel provides much better amenities than this. For example, we daily received just couple of towels in bathroom and one soap bar. I don't think this is acceptable for any studio rooms which are supposed to accommodate 3 guests. Same with drinking water, they just provide a bottle of water on daily basis and even for a jug of water you need to call them, so housekeeping definitely needs lots of improvement. The bed-size is also not fit for 3 persons. Also some of the stuffs like door lock, bathroom fittings need renovation. FInally coming to restaurant, it just has 2 restaurants(Zaika and Konkan), though in club-mahindra website it is mentioned as 4. Food quality is pretty average(may be 2 star) but prices are exorbitant(almost like 5 star). Only positive about this resort is the location was good with good views, they do good maintenance of garden and pools and everything is clean. We had a good time in the pool. Overall, I would say this is 2.5 star resort.

The room was good ,Swimming pool very good ,But food was poor quality. I did not expect this from Mahindra Holidays. It seems the chef is not good enough. Breakfast was good however the Dinner buffet for the price was poor. Ala Carte food too spicy. The maintenance of the premises/ gardens was good however housekeeping of rooms and alleyways requires some professionals to look into. This is to all travelling to Ganpatipule by car from Mumbai .The GPS shows a road from Sawarde . This road is very narrow and damaged at various. It is quite scary and u may not find traffic at all on the route this road and travel about 30 Kms more and take a turn at NEVADI after Sangameshwar.
