The hotel has become worse from the last stay Rooms are dirty and not at all clean. Most of the things in room are worn out even the bathroom has taps missing Room service is pathetic. I do not understand why keep a menu in the room when you do not have 90 % of the things mentioned on it Talk about the staff at reception i think they all need to be trained on customer handling Overall pathetic in all ways
Worst of worsts, completely unprofessional

I have booked this hotel using Agoda.com. I got confirmation from Agoda site that my booking is done. When I went to this hotel, they refused to honor my booking and asked me to go.They were forcing me to book the hotel room there, so that they can charge whatever they want. I asked them to give me a minute and check with Agoda people. It took some 15 minutes time and the hotel people has shooed us out of the hotel. I had officially confirmed booking and I was with a 4 years old kid, traveled more than 1 hour to reach Delhi. This incident made me to think negative about all delhi-ites.. There were three people at the reception. One girl and two guys. The girl was busy in flirting with one of them. She was only busy playing with that guy, giggling.. Sheer unprofessional people. We have got the booking cancelled from Agoda and booked room in another nearby hotel.

I had done booking from goibibo, the experience with hotel is not so good. Gyser was dripping whole night. complimentary breakfast was just formality. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. As this was for my business meeting

I had booked this hotel for a friend through OyoRooms where they are listed. On arriving at the hotel and producing the voucher, they refused to honour it. Shocking. Highly unprofessional. If it is between hotel and booking site, and if u have a tie up, you can always settle it. Instead they pefer to turn customer away. I had landed in some of the remotest place in India with a voucher, and I felt good that it had always been honoured. This hotel is basically for marriage party night holding kind of thing. My advice is to avoid such unprofessional hotel. It was good for OyoRooms that they arranged the stay at another nearby hotel.
Worst experience at a Hotel by far

I am an avid traveller. I have stayed in dozens of hotels but have never had a worse experience than at AT Residency. First, in spite of the website confirming my booking and quoting repeatedly that I do not need to call the hotel to re-confirm my booking; they cancelled my reservation just at my scheduled arrival time and did not bother to inform me. On reaching the hotel once that was sorted out, the next problem I faced was the front desk staff who were extremely rude. They started misbehaving and when I demanded to see the manager, they refused to call him. Even when the manager eventually turned up, he was also similar to his staff. I actually refused to stay there and cancelled my booking.

We looked at several rooms; all appear very nice. Rooms at front of hotel look directly at above-ground train line, so bear this in mind if you like to look out your window.
