we stayed here for 2 nights , its what i regret , we should have at least added 2 more nights , as i was booked somewhere else in candolim , we had to shift , i would really say this place is a very nice Boutique hotel , well maintained and excellent staff . A special thanks to the Roshini and Vinay . also Pratin at the pool . we had an awesome stay . Rooms are spacious . the pool i think needs to be clean a bit more as lot of plants around it . Food at Cinamon restuarant was good . also the breafast was delicious . live dosa and Egg counter . Shrusti at the reception was helpful my little one enjoyed the pool and Lawn a lot . there was a minor problem the telephone in my room did not work the 2 day , so i had to get down to order . i had complained in the afternoon but no one came to check till 8 pm rest everything was great , we will return soon

We stayed at the Andores for 3 nights, but arrived only late on a Thursday night. We stepped out to get some food, everything is at least a cab ride away (thank god for goa miles!) and went to Ping's Bia hoi - which was nice. The hotel room was nice and clean and had a lovely view of the pool! The food in the italian restaurant Diva in the hotel was great - whether pizza by the pool or the ravioli & the tiramisu! Breakfast in the hotel was fine, basic eggs, etc. What was kind of annoying was that there was no late night room service; we found out that they don't serve it past 1030 pm which really leaves you with no options in the area and you have to go further to baga etc. The hotel has free wifi but it kept disconnecting which was kind of a pain. One day we walked to the beach and then to some shacks - pousada by the beach was great food. Also, Neomi's spa nearby at the le meridien was nice. Overall, pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

I must share my experience with Andores Resort And Spa as i rarely come across people with such amazing values ! We were traveling in Asia and booked 2 rooms with view for 5 nights at the resort after reading such wonderful things, unfortunately my wife started developing some flu symptoms and we had to come back to United sates to ensure that it is not the Coronavirus, the policy of the hotel was very strict but they were understanding and wished my wife safe recovery and refunded us the full amount. As a business owner i appreciated it so much, i know that they had to take the rooms out of the inventory due to our reservation, still they were kind enough to refund the whole thing and wish us good luck, i will be staying in this resort one day, the core values of this business are just amazing and i am certain that they will take great care of their guests as they took care of me and my family ! Thank you Andores Resort And Spa! god bless you all.

We stayed three nights at Andores Resort and Spa and we were not disappointed. Everything has been done well here, the room sizes, the restaurants, the pool area. We found the resort very clean and well kept. The highlight was probably the friendly and happy staff who went the extra mile to ensure your stay was perfect. From the security guards to the pool staff, they all met you with a smile and friendly face. Everyone was incredibly helpful, respectful of space and privacy, and happy! I would highly reccomend this place to anyone wanting a little oasis away from the buzz of North Goa (but still close enough to the beach and busy streets to get your fix!!).

Every aspect of the Andores Hotel and Spa is excellent. I was so happy I booked here. It offers 5 star plus luxury and a sanctuary from the frenetic, hustle and bustle of North Goa. Arriving at the property I was warmly welcomed by the very helpful and happy reception team and had my baggage taken to my room while I checked in. The room was spacious and had a great pool view. The bed was massive and so comfortable that I had the best nights sleep I've had in years. Everything about the room was well designed and thought out. Bedside power points took both European and British plugs. There was always 6 bottles of water and glasses on the night stand. Room had a 6 digit safe, mini-bar fridge with product and space for your own drinks etc. The quality of linens was very high and sheets were changed every other day. The bathroom was spacious with a rain forest shower and plenty of product and things you may have forgotten like tooth brush kit kit etc. I stay in 5 star hotels probably 90 nights of the year and this room was the best I've stayed in this year. The room opens onto a small balcony where you can enjoy room service breakfast or pre-dinner drinks. I cannot impress what a sanctuary this place is. It was peaceful and serene and allowed one to think and relax perfectly. The pool is perfect. I only went down to the beach once in my 6 day stay as the pool had everything I need. The pool attendant was brilliant and would set up your lounger with fresh towels as you arrived and was on hand constantly to assist in your every need. They understand relaxation so you are never hassled by waiting staff but if you need a drink or a bite to eat you just ask and it is done. I felt like a rock star throughout my visit here. On the food and drink side. Great cocktails and the two restaurants are (I think) some of the best in Goa. The Indian restaurant I ate at most times did pretty much great everything ... I can't fault any of the dishes I tried during my stay. The Italian restaurant I only used for poolside lunches and they made the best hand stretched pizzas in an outdoor pizza oven and a great selection of salads and pasta dishes. The carb linguine was off the scale good. I used the Spa during my stay and had one of best Balinese massages I ever remember having. Followed by a steam and shower. Spa staff were professional, attentive and very welcoming. It was a perfect experience and at 25 for an hour massage excellent value for money. Overall the staff from the reception crew to all the waiters, cleaners and chefs were wonderful. I felt very, very well looked after. I'm so happy I found Andores Hotel and Spa and cannot wait to return. 6 Days wasn't long enough but I leave feeling throughly spoilt, relaxed and ready to face my next stop ... the madness of Mumbai!
